Placement record has been fascinating achieving 100% placement in the past few years. A large number of international companies visit the campus. For summers ample of opportunities are provided. For final placements average is of 15+ LPA.

I choose to study in IIM Ranchi because it is the best new IIM, has best pedagogy, alumni who are an epitome of inspiration, has a lot of diverse culture and students from various states, hostels are just like home with good infrastructure and delicious food.

IIM Ranchi is one of the top B-Schools in India. Getting into it is a matter of pride for me. Ranked under top 20 B-Schools by NIRF and a brand leader in management education, IIM Ranchi was the best college I could have opted for. Renowned faculties, best of research facilities and with the best infrastructure, IIM Ranchi is the perfect choice for me for MBA.

Because of the environment they provide to the student. Their pedagogy which enables student to think outside of box. The SIGs and their efforts to keep all the students engage. Campus Life in Indian Institute of Management Ranchi is not less then a Roller coaster ride.

The college has an excellent reputation, and having the brand name of IIM can give one a significant edge over others. This particular IIM has come a long way and performing very well when compared to its counterparts and also the Flagship HRM program is a unique advantage as it can give an alumni base of HRs

As I took admission in MBA-HR course, I would like to throw some light on the MBA-HR in IIM Ranchi. It is one of top five institute in India for dedicated HRM program. Also this is only IIM who is having this course for last 10 years

How good are the placements in IIM Ranchi?

During the MBA placements season at IIM Ranchi in 2022, the highest and average packages offered were INR 42 LPA and INR 16.62 LPA, respectively. A total of 77 companies visited the campus for recruitment, with 21 specifically visiting for MBA HR placements. The highest and average packages offered during MBA HR placements were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 15.63 LPA, respectively.
Top recruiters included Amazon, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, IBM, Deloitte, Flipkart, PeopleStrong, Sony Pictures, Samsung, Aditya Birla Group, L&T, GAIL, ONGC, Michael Page, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. The top sectors for recruitment were finance, operations, strategy and consulting, IT analytics, sales, and marketing.
