Placement Experience:
Students do a summer internship as part of the Summer Internship Programme (SIP) after their first year of MBA. Recruitment drive for the same takes place accordingly. Final placement offers are secured basis SIP PPOs or by securing an offer in the final placement drive. The Placement Committee provides complete support and assistance.

Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placements from 3rd Term onwards. The CRPC team of IIM Ranchi is very dedicated and helps the students in every aspect of the placement process right from CV building to prepping for the interviews. 100% of the students are placed every year.

- The Campus life is very good and top notch just as other peer colleges. The campus is spread across a 60 acre square ft area.
- Secondly , the faculty of the college are very well qualified.
- Thirdly, the networking opportunities in the college are significant.
Dislikes
- There are very limited opportunities for students with greater than 4 years of work-experience
- The campus is located far from the main city of Ranchi. It usually takes 30 minutes to reach the city.
- The transport facilities are also limited. Although we have a college bus, but it is available only on certain timings.
Placement Experience:
In one batch, there are two placement seasons - Summer Internship- from August to January during the first year. The duration of the internship is April-May. During the send year the final placements starts from october to January. There are well-renowned companies that visit the campus along with top MNCs. The highest package tends to be between 40-50 Lakhs, and the average is around 20-25 Lakhs. All the students get placed in very good roles. Any students to passes from IIM Ranchi , prefers to join the corporate for the next 5-10 years.

- Connectivity is little issue as of now for location
- mess facility is still not fixed with vendors

The palcements at IIM Ranchi are meticulously organized , ensuring transparency, fairness and equal opportunities for allstudents. It typically begins with pre-placement talks, where company introduces themselves and outline job profiles and requirements.

- I liked the campus of my college. It is a beautiful one with scenic views.
- I like the faculties of my college who are all Phd scholars.
- I like the course as it offers multiple areas of development and courses.
Dislikes
- I disliked the number of subjects in a term. It should be lessened out.
Placement Experience:
The placements in my college are extremely good with various good brands hiring from the college. In the 1st year, the students sit for the SIP placements for the internships and generally 40% of them grab the PPOs. Now coming to the final placements, the placement season starts from August 2nd year.

- The college is located in a very quite place and the sky here is beautiful. All my stress is reuced just by stiiting on the lawn and playing with the dogs. yes, the campus is Animal friendly and the dogs are also friendly and vaccinated.
- The diversity of students increased my peer learning and brings the best out of me.
- the curriculum and students engagement programs makes sure no one day is same.
Dislikes
- Long Hours of classes that happens when the classes are rescheduled.
- since the college is on the outskirts of the city, there are not much happening places near the campus.
- the night Canteen in campus is opened only till 3 AM which means if we are studding late night, we will have to make prior arrangement
Placement Experience:
The placement is on a rolling basis, which gives enough time for the students to prepare well for the company visiting.
The committee gives 2-3 days of notice on when the company will be visiting the campus. They make sure to have sessions by alums/students who have worked or interned in the company that will be visiting so that the students are well prepared for the GD and PI.
As of now the college has close the placement season with 100% batch of both 2022-24 and 2023-25.
The highest package that was offered for final placement was 43LPA for a product management role and the highest stipend offered for summer internship is 1.75LPM

- Well built campus with all the facilities including the hostels, library, classrooms, mess and reading rooms.
- Student run clubs, committees, groups where one gets a fair chance to work in teams and be a part of organizing body, which provides a hands-on experience of managing events and networking with people.
- Great career opportunities with reputed brands visiting the campus and guidance by expert faculties.
Dislikes
- Sports facilities can be better but the institute is still in its phase 2 of construction, so better infrastructure will soon be available.
Placement Experience:
Ample number of placement opportunities are provided at IIM Ranchi with all the renowned brands, including JP Morgan & Chase, Titan, Morgan Stanley, BMW, GSK, Britannia, MTR, TATA Motors, Raymond etc, visiting the campus for both summer internships and final placements.Industry standard stipends and packages are offered by the companies. - Placement is very good and transparent as compared to other peer IIM's
- Hostel life is amazing and very charming with the proper facilities
- Faculty is good along with teaching standard and international relations is upto the mark with legacy IIM's
Dislikes
- Campus is far away from city, making difficult to travel to city
- Administration involvement in student activity is high and thus causes hindrance and delay of tasks
- Some courses need to be revamped and changed according to the market standards

Placement Experience:
Placements are good at IIM Ranchi. placements are driven by a student body called CRPC (Corporate Relations and Placement Committee). There are 2 placement seasons (summer internship and final placement). Summer placements start during 2nd term and final placement starts in 4-5 term. The number of companies visited IIM Ranchi was 110 and they made offers to all the students. There was 100 percent placement in our college.
The highest package offered was 67 LPA for international and 32 LPA for domestic. The average placement was around 18 LPA. I was selected by one of the leading consulting firms and I will be working for that company in the future.

- The local authorities should try to highlight this great Institute more in the eyes of the general public.
Placement Experience:
The students become eligible for placements during the second year by choosing their field of interest. The college has a reputation for attracting big companies with opportunities for every student from all domains to get their dream roles.

During the MBA placements season at IIM Ranchi in 2022, the highest and average packages offered were INR 42 LPA and INR 16.62 LPA, respectively. A total of 77 companies visited the campus for recruitment, with 21 specifically visiting for MBA HR placements. The highest and average packages offered during MBA HR placements were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 15.63 LPA, respectively.
Top recruiters included Amazon, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, IBM, Deloitte, Flipkart, PeopleStrong, Sony Pictures, Samsung, Aditya Birla Group, L&T, GAIL, ONGC, Michael Page, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. The top sectors for recruitment were finance, operations, strategy and consulting, IT analytics, sales, and marketing.
