Students become eligible for placements from 3rd Term onwards. The CRPC team of IIM Ranchi is very dedicated and helps the students in every aspect of the placement process right from CV building to prepping for the interviews. 100% of the students are placed every year.

The total fees for the batch 2023-25 in IIM Ranchi was INR 17.2 lakh. Apart from this the total caution deposit was INR 20,000 and the Alumni fees was INR 10,000. The Hostel fees was included in the total fees and the mess fees was INR 27,000 per month. Merit cum means scholarship is also available for eligible students

IIM Ranchi has a plethora of student driven committees which help in the day to day functioning of the college and also boost the mental well being of the students. There are also a lot of student driven clubs which help the students become well rounded individuals

Students are given either a single sharing or a double sharing hostel room with all the basic amenities provided like bed, table, chair, mirror, cupboard, storage box, etc. It is a residential program so living in the hostel is compulsory. Meals are provided by the mess 4 times a day.

I chose IIM Ranchi over other new IIMs like IIM Trichy and IIM Raipur because of its consistent and growing placement records and having the best faculty especially for Marketing and strategy which were my area of interest.

All the faculties in IIM Ranchi are very knowledgeable and also very friendly and approachable. They make sure that the students are industry ready through various case studies and projects. The course curriculum is updated as per cuurent market scenario. There are two exams each term along with quizzes for each subject.

For admission into IIM Ranchi, a candidate must give CAT and then if eligible, sit for the CAP interview process which covers most of the new IIMs including IIM Ranchi. The interview revolves around your work ex, UG curriculum and other general discussions based on your profile.

The campus has too cafeterias which are open till 3 AM for late night cravings. The gym is operational 24x7. We also have an in campus store for daily essentials. IIM Ranchi recently inaugrated Happiness Corners which have become a favourite hangout spot for the students.
