IIM Ranchi holds a position among the top 20 b-schools of the country as per the rankings of various forums like NIRF rankings, InsideIIM, T.I.M.E B-school Categorization, etc. The average placement for the 2018-20 batch stood at 15.11 LPA. The top 10% & 25% bagged an average placement of 19.79 & 18.54 LPA respectively. Apart from these factors - IIM Ranchi has eminent faculty members and a strong alumni base.

IIM Ranchi continuously updates our curriculum to match the industry standards. It has all the necessary relevant subjects during the first year and offers us a wide range of electives. The Faculty members of IIM Ranchi are highly educated and holds years of experience in the corporate field. They use their expertise to give us real-life examples to understand topics better.

Every year IIM Ranchi achieves 100% placements with an Average CTC of 15 LPA or more. IIM Ranchi has prominent associations with companies like - Amazon, Infosys, Cognizant, KPMG, Deloitte, TATA STEEL, HP, L&T, Godrej, HSBC, ICICI, Accenture, etc which visit the campus during final placements.

IIM Ranchi hosts a variety of events like Radix - the business conclave, TEDxRanchi, and also host events along with other colleges. Apart from this, the college has around 9 prominent clubs, 7 Committees, and 8 Special Interest Groups (SIGs), all of which the students can be a part of. The students also have an opportunity to participate in various Corporate Competitions and do Live-projects.

The permanent campus of IIM Ranchi is currently under construction and is estimated to be complete in 2021. Since IIM Ranchi does not own its campus, its students are permitted to use the National Stadium - Khelgaon Complex 2 mins away from the hostel. The current college building is inside the city premises, so anything we need is easily accessible. It has spacious classrooms, WiFi facility, library and everything you can ask for. The hostel and current college campus are at a 30 min distance, and buses ply to and fro every day.

Our hostel is located in National Sports Housing Complex. Students are accommodated in single rooms, most of which have an attached bathroom with geyser or balcony with a breath taking view. There is 24/7 washing and drinking water facility. The rent per room is 9000.
