This review is purely based on my experience.

Likes

I liked the campus, department buildings.
Canteen is good and affordable foods are available
Library and labs are big and loaded with needed books and equipments.

Dislikes

I didn't like the location of the college.
The place is very remote and many essential things are not available in surrounding
The transport system is not good. Which cause many problems

Placement Experience:

Year by year the placement accuracy is growing. Not so much students get placed in on campus placement. But many students of this college does good in GATE and other competitive exams and doing higher studies in many renouned colleges like IIT & IIST.

Review of My College

Likes

College campus is very big and classrooms are also very good.
Faculty members are very good and well knowned.
Placement is very good in this college.Infrastructure is also very good.

Dislikes

Location is not good in this college.This is the main problem in this college

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are available for placement.Many big and reputed college come in our college.Many big IT companies visit in our college and other than some core companies also good. Average package is 4 lakh. Overall placement is very good in this college.

A perfect JIS College of engineering Review.

Likes

Socials clubs such as music club and coding club.
Availability of supportive faculties who are ready to solve any doubt at any college hours.
The campus is very nice and full of greenery which provides a soothing environment to the college

Dislikes

Irregular timing of classes in different days.
Classes in less used buildings are not clean.
Unfixed dates of internals in different semesters.

Placement Experience:

After entering into the 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visits the campus such as Accenture, Infosys, TCS, byjus, etc. Many students get multiple offers and some gets single offers. Package is somewhat low but placement rate is alright. I would love to get a campus placement and if I don't I would try for off campus placements or might pursue MBA.

I like the infrastructure of my college.
I like the education system of my college.
I like the teachers behaviour of my college specially my principal sir.

Dislikes

I don't like the placement cell of my college.
I don't like my colleges position in my overall City.
I don't like my college pre ground it's too small.

I choose this profession because in our state the general education system is very weak and there is not any future guarantee of this there are lots of less jobs in I will suggest that everyone should go for and technical line.

The dream college you need

Likes

We have the best faculty members they are soo friendly to us and the teacher teaches so well that you don't need to study at home again
The ragging free campus our seniors are too friendly they are supportive.
The extra curricular activities they conducts .

Dislikes

Nothing I can surely say that we students don't have any disliking

The experience was Knowledgable with good guidance
All faculties were helpful and very supportive
They make you ready for the comanies they also privide extra skills according the demand of the comanies

Dislikes

They take too long classes and they are very strict
They want students to be always well groomed
They conduct too much exams atleast 4 interanls in 1 sem amd 3 prcaticals

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chossed BCA because this college recently ranks 7th in the eastern zone of hooghly and faculties where so supportive in terms of exam they provide all support but they are stric about exams and discipline.

every thing is honest

Very good faculty members in our college
Good infrastructure of labs in our college
there are ragging free campus in our college

Dislikes

There are poor communication and transport system
No hostels for first and second year male students
The college is very far away from purulia town

Placement Experience:

This is the only part where our college excels at. Average placement in our college is 85%. There are many companies visits in our college like TCS , Infosys , Cognizent , Wipro , IBM, etc. From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement.

My college experience is pretty good actually I enjoyed the whole time I spent there.

Likes

I liked the college timing and classes .
The faculty is pretty decent and the campus
The co operative teachers helps us in study

Dislikes

The seniors are not well behaved in our department
Some faculty members are very rude and not well behaved
The college didn't gave us enough time for preparing of an assignment

I always have interest in this field so I took this course in my college . The faculty: student ratio is pretty decent like 2000: 200 The faculty members are well qualified and their teaching methods are interesting. There are 4 internal exam and 1 final exam in per semester

Likes

Teachers were good , were supportive and well behaved.
Library was good , books were available all the time.
Location of the college was good. Transport and other important facilities were available.

Dislikes

Campus was so boring. No such interesting things are there.

I choosed this course thinking of getting good opportunities in this growing it industries in our country. Teachers are qualified and teaching is also good. Exams are taken time to time and its no that tough to pass the exams.

Likes

I liked the fees structure which is really affordable
I liked digital classrooms are added in the college
The cultural fest are really good and enjoyable

Dislikes

The sports facilities can be improved like it difficult to play sports like football which requires a large area
Some practical mock interview sessions or public speaking should be introduced

Placement Experience:

Placements of the college is average, as of the highest package it is 13LPA according to my knowledge and 3 LPA is the average package, good enough students are placed every year, company like TCS requires quite number of students.
