Likes

I liked the fees structure which is really affordable
I liked digital classrooms are added in the college
The cultural fest are really good and enjoyable

Dislikes

The sports facilities can be improved like it difficult to play sports like football which requires a large area
Some practical mock interview sessions or public speaking should be introduced

Course Curriculum Overview

As of faculty members they are really helpful and friendly, and would help one to clear their doubts, as of student teacher ratio it is fairly good enough, many faculty members are well qualified and some have good research experience as well, the time between semesters are often fluctuating sometimes it is less sometimes we get good enough time spend on the university, and the exams are fair enough to pass not that difficult.

Placement Experience

Placements of the college is average, as of the highest package it is 13LPA according to my knowledge and 3 LPA is the average package, good enough students are placed every year, company like TCS requires quite number of students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees in this college is really affordable compared to other colleges, there are number of scholarship one can apply for, I applied for the SVMCM scholarship which even reduced my college expenses further which is really good.

Campus Life

Annual cultural fest is conducted generally after the odd semesters are over around the month of May and tech fest around August. U can get plenty of books in the library apart from the syllabus of your curriculum as well. Many classroom have digital board and air conditioned. Annual sports day is also organised and there are indoor games available as well, there is a music club in the college.

Admission

I appeared for West Bengal joint entrance examination, and got enrolled in Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science and Technology, in Computer Science and Engineering. I got my admission done at the campus and the staff were helpful in this process.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

This college provides best jobs opportunity for every students buts for internships eligibility is from the 3 year and mainy focus on 4th year students to be part of the internships . Svist review

I have applied in du, gnit and got confirmed seats in du but due to family reasons I didn't make it in du. And in gnit i didn't got a seat in cse department as it was full but it was offering me aiml. Then there was svist which was closed to my house and was providing the course. I also applied GNIT ( GURU NANAK INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY), but I did not took there admission due to study quality, fees.
