My best College

Likes

I liked the environment of that college specially in night scene
It has 3 big grounds where you can play cricket football basketball volleyball badminton and many more games and sports

Dislikes

The Academic pressure is very much that you sometime can't handle
The juniors are so bad that they never gave you any kind of respect not only seniors but also the teachers

Placement Experience:

By the 7th semester our students become eligible for campus placement Recently Infosys visited our campus and give 13 students placement at 2.5 lpa salary Our highest package in this year is 9.5 lpa and minimum package is 1.5 lpa and average package is 3.2 lpa Currently in our batch 2021-25 70% students is already placed My plan is doing MBA after this course end

A Perfect College Life

Likes

The college campus is very nice. It also has a really nice canteen and also they have melbourne cafe inside the campus.
The teachers and mentors are very much supportive and they try their best to make you succeed
The boy to girl ratio in a class is also very good. It is approx 3:2

Dislikes

Sometimes the college gives you all type of freedom but sometimes for few days they take all the freedom away and become very strict with you.
You won't get any free time from before a month of your exams as the college will give you all types of assignments and submissions so you will have to come college daily

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BTech in information technology because its a course which I thought will suit the best for my upcoming future. The curriculum prepares you well for the real world applications as you will learn not only about coding in these 4 years but also how to communicate in the corporate world or anywhere in the world and it will also teach you to become confident enough that you can do anything.

A Gateway to Endless Opportunities

Likes

Diverse community and opportunity to make new friends
Access to various resources , such as libraries , labs and various departmental clubs [cultural , sports]
Supportive professors and mentors who guide us and give exposure to various new ideas and experiences for betterment

Dislikes

Very heavy coursework such as 4 CAs , 2PCAs [internal] and too much academic pressure within a semester
Pressure to declare a major as well as to choose a likely career path
Conflicts during any campus events between different clubs from different department

The curriculam focus on Programming languages , Data analysis , Graphic design andmany more that prepares me well for real-world application, enables me to develop skills that are directly relevant to industry needs . they should put more focus on practical knowledge and also bring some good teachers who help in practical classes . About exams , there will be internals every month and practical internals every two month and then the semester .

Ragging is totally banned in our college. So no ragging.
Some Teacher are very good while some are not as much. But here seniors are very helpful.
This college is also under Techno India Group.

Dislikes

Campus area should be much bigger. There is no places for Enjoying except canteen.
Infrastructure would be little better also.
This college should be autonomous rather than MAKAUT affiliated.

In the 3rd year, some companies visit our campus to give Interships. and I think after 7th sem you will be eligible for campus placement. In this year, until now, The Highest on campus placement is 12LPA and average is about 4-5LPA where the placement percentage is 30-40%. So I mostly focus on off campus placements...

HETC Is Not a college, It is Brand ??

Likes

Teachers are very helpful and they teach very carefully
Library, Reading room all are very neat, clean and also available ac, smart classroom
Whole Building are wifi connected, campus just wonderful, placement full support if you are eligible so you definitely get job surely

the campus is good for the students in low budget
The placements for the companies are good
Many types of curricular activities done here.

Dislikes

Faculties are good but not as the college shows
Management is ok but not good as the college shows
The classroms are smaller for the first year students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Electronics and Communication Engineering is a branch which can be switches for both it and hardware companies. Class rooms are smaller which is not good. The exams are easy having enough time to study everything.

The college campus and their atmosphere are very positive.
The College cantine system is very hyzenic and very good maintainable.

Working environment of Bengal college of engineering and technology is good.
Placement is moderate for engineering students

It's All about BUIE

Likes

The faculty were well taught and the campus is beautiful
In our branch the boys vs girls ratio is almost 16:11
The senior behave with us friendly and they are very supportive.

Dislikes

college campus is too small compare with other colleges
The college location is very bad like out of locality
college is not well maintained and it feels boring

Placement Experience:

our college on campus placement package is almost 3-4lpa.But students get placed by off campus placemet with a high packege like 8-10lpa and rest of other go for higher studied by crack GATE or CAT like exams.
