Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum of the college balances between theoritical knowledge and practical application. Subjects basically includes Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, etc, which provides a student with a solid foundation in essential legal principles. International Law and Intellectual Property Rights, these kind of subjects are also included, offer the flexibility to explore niche areas based on one's interest.The inclusion of internship opportunities, moot-courts in the curriculam influences many students to enroll in the program. These provides hands-on-experience to the students helping to bridge the gap theoritical concept and practical-world applications. The course is structured in a way where students are prepared for various career paths like judiciary, litigation, corporate world etc. Practical experiences, internship opportunities provides exposure to legal drafting, courtroom procedures and interaction with clients.
Increase in the number of workshops on legal works, negotiation, mediation and arbitration, would prepare the students for better professional scenarios.
The examinations are held at the each of end semester, with internal exams which are held periodically throughout the semester. The difficulty of the exams is moderate to high, depending on the subject. Subjects like Constitution, CrPc, CPC are often considered challenging but subjects like Family Law etc are comparitively easier for most of the students.
