The fees structure fir 1st sem is Rs. 6772 For 2nd - 8th semester- Rs. 4500 It is not increasing. It is availed by WBJEE. The course is so much affordable. SVMCM Scholarship is available for students over 60%.

Why Completing a B.Tech from the University of Calcutta and Becoming an Alumnus Helps Carry Forward Its Prestigious Lega

First of all University College of Science and Technology (University of Calcutta) , Salt Lake Campus is one of the best University for engineering. The fees is very less 6700 for the first semester including admission and around 5000 for semester 2 to 8. Total fees for 4yr Btech will be only 35000-40000. Since this is a Government University there is no such management quota. WBJEE rank under 300 will give you CSE directly in 1st round. Other than that the College also provides health insurance to the students studying here. Students can take the SVCM scholarships or any other scholarship. The faculties and staffs are very helpful and friendly so processing of the scholarships will not be a problem. Last but not the least, CU provides the best place for students to gain knowledge and learn high level concepts. One of the best Government Engineering University in West Bengal.

Fees structure is around 3-4 thousand per semester.There are total 8 semesters.Tuition fees all fees exam fees are included in this .Also we can get the scholarship from vikas bhobon if we have atleast 7 sgpa in every semester.And the job opportunities are moderate.Every year 4-5 people got chance in college as a teacher.

One Of The Best Government College Of West Bengal

The course is tough but very complete. It's not easy .

Too much pressure given on students. Tough syllabus and huge exam pressure

CU is a Government college so fee is very minimal. The fee per semester is 3600 & examination fee per semester is 500 . No other cost . Placements is very good, in CSE the avg package is 9LPA .. which actually implies a very good ROI .

Damn Good..Great expirience...

The fees here are very minimal. Perhaps we got our 1yr fees waived due to coronavirus we studied pretty free of cost. Otherwise, the fees here are around 7-8k per year for all Btech branches. As our college gives some scholarships like spam etc I don't know much about that.
