It was my dream to get admitted to Jadavpur University. I have always wanted to study in a progressive campus and it was my passion to pursue sociology honours. I scored a 100/100 in the boards and it drove me to love my subject even more.

This is a very renowned institution. It is also very close to my house so I don't need to travel a lot to attend my classes. Studying in JU has always been a dream come true for me. I opted for this course as I love the subject Political Science. And also, no other institution is as renowned in this department as JU. So I took admission in this reputed institution.

It is one the best universities in the country. A liberal and progressive environment. Close to my house. Only place in the city to have a department of International Relations. Always wanted to go to this college.

I chose Jadavpur University because it is considered to be the best for my subject, International Relations in eastern India. It is also the oldest IR department in the country. Other than that, the campus is 20 minutes away from my house. So travelling is also easy.

The ambience is very liberal so are the faculty members and students who are amiable in each and every aspect. Jadavpur University caters to the holistic development of each and every candidate so that they can bring laurels in their life and push the envelope.

I went for Jadavpur University because of its high rank, it's exposure to different things, the faculty and also because it doesn't have strict regulations. JU gives one a wide range of exposure on many grounds, actively takes part in inter college fests and promotes extra curricular actives. Professors share a good and healthy relationship with their students and no form of bullying is promoted.
Remarks:
The process of teaching and learning is very attractive and friendly. The environment of this campus is lively. Its syllabus teaches us to think outside of the familiar syllabus, which helps us a lot in the way of life later in life. The ideology of the students who come to study from different corners will enrich you.
