The fee structure in Jadavpur University is very less as compared to other colleges. It charges only 2,400 Rs annually in engineering in every department except Information Technology. It charges 30,000 Rs annually in Information Technology. But this university provides a facility to get refud of their admission fees if their family annual income is less than 250,000 Rs. And there are also many scholarships available such as Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means scholarships which offer 60,000 Rs per year if the student have eligibility of annual family income of not more than 250,000 Rs and secure overall 60% in 10+2 boards exam.

JadavpurUniversity is known for its very high return of investment and very low fees which is only of 10000 rupees (30k for IT). Also you get access to all the government schemes and scholarships which is a great benefit to the economically handicapped including minimum hostel fees of only 25 rupees .

The total fees for the four years of any engineering department in Jadavpur University is nearly Rs. 10500 for the total four years.Only for Information Technology it's Rs. 120310 for four years.The West Bengal domicile students also get the SVMCM schoolarship . And there are many national schoolarships are there you can avail .

One of the best things is the fee structure of this tier 1 college. The fee is almost 30000 per year. Student freeship is available for needy students, and there is no extra charge other than this fee, and Wi-Fi service and all other services are included in that.

The fees to study at JU are almost negligible as compared to the other top colleges like IITs, NITs, BITS, etc. Anyone should consider himself lucky enough to get a chance to study here. There are scholarships and freeships available, as well as proper financial assistance. The West Bengal government also provides several scholarships to deserving students. Campus jobs and internships are top class in JU, as much as the level of the top NITs and the lower IITs. The internship stipends start from 40000 INR and the highest goes well up to 1 lakh INR and above. The placements of IT are even more amazing, with the highest package crossing well over 1 crore INR in off-campus international offers. The highest on-campus offers go up to 60 lakh INR from companies like Google, Apple, etc. The average package lies between 18-22 LPA.

I am still in my 1st year, so I have not got any jobs till now. And the fees of this college are minimal, All the branches except IT have a course fee of just about 12K. In IT, the course fee is 1.2L which is still very less when compared to NITs.

Fees of our university Is the minimum fees possible to do a btech in the world. It is very cheap for non IT depts it costs only rs10000 for the complete btech course . For IT depts only, it is 30050rs per year. As I am in 1st year so I have not received any scholarship but seniors have received scholarship for their studies . The job and internship opportunities is the most amazing thing I love about my university. It have a great job opportunity. Many Big companies like(Google, MS,Apple, Amazon,Flipkart, etc) visits our university for placement every year and also picks a good number of students with a good package which is also 1cr/yr sometimes. Our college students also gets a great of more than 1cr/yr off campus package and They also secures a good rank at GATE(like AIR 19).

The fee structure of Jadavpur University is very much affordable and it is about one tenth of many other reputed coleges. There are many scholarship opportunities here in this college and there are 90 percent chances that anyone will get a job at the end of their course.
