A comprehensive look into MTech Integrated in VIT Vellore

The FFCS (Fully flexible credit system) has helped me complete all my courses before time itself. One can also use it to have much more leisure time.

In Integrated MTech (5 years) branches there are so many compulsory courses. and the academics are hectic compared to regular BTech or regular MTech branches.

There are 3 categories of Tution fees in MTech Integrated Branches. 1st category has a fees of 1L per year. 2ns category has 1.59L per year and then the 3rd category has 2L per year fees. It will be the same for 3 years and then the remaining 2 years the fees will slightly increase by upto 5000 total. Other than this, the compulsory charges include admission fees of 50,000 and then the placement charges of 10,000. There will be scholarships for the top rankers in the acedamics of the college. each year top 10 students of the branch according to CGPA will be awarded some merit scholarship money.

Is Mtech integrated in VIT a good choice

The year-wise fees differ as per category, for our course(Integrated Mtech) the fee structure is divided into 3, 1st is 1lakh, 2nd is 1.6lakh and 3rd is 2lakh. I got in the 3rd category. The caution fees are included in the fees mentioned. The admission fee is about 50000 rupees, which must be paid in the first year. The college provides scholarships to students whose annual income do not exceed 1lakh rupees.

Vit doesn't have a fee hike policy. Your total fee is a hostel and tuition is 2.5 lakhs per annum for integrated Mtech. 3-4 lakhs per annum for BTech. Vit Bhopal has a scholarship but only a few scholarship opportunities.

The fee structure for B.Tech is 192000 which include your academic fees and there are also scholarship if you score well enough in their entrance exam, the average package is 800000 which I think is good enough.
