A four year survival in rocks

In my college mainly I like was it's architecture which was very good and impressive
The university ground is very big that thousands can play together
Diversity of people where people from so many regions are present here

Dislikes

Lack of placements in my graduation year which bothered me a lot

Infrastructure of lovely professional University is awesome.
Teachers are helping and they will provide the best suited path.
I listened that placement opportunities is also good now I am in 4 sem so I don't know the actual facts.

Dislikes

Girls to boys ratio is very low in cse, I don't know about other branches.
The way to teach student is not that much is good need improvement.
Schedule of classes is very busy so don't get time for other activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In first and second year I don't think so that some courses are related to real world use after 2 year courses are good like networking and operating system and dsa which are very usefull for us to get placement.

How can Lovely Professional University change your way of life.

The Things i like about my university include the safety measures taken by university to safeguard the children with guards at regular intervals of 25-30 meters day and night.Fire station for fire hazards and guards at every gate and corner.
The university is big and filed with trees and plants with at-least 10 big parks and many small ones which are properly maintained and are serene
University has vary vide range of options when it comes to shopping for items for urgent or daily needs as it has a central Uni Mall where we can finds things of need may they be stationary, clothing, Sports, Technical etc.

Dislikes

Something that we all students don't like about our university include the hostel laws as we have to apply leave for leaving university premise every time even if it is for half an hour. We want to go out without a leave when we want to go for work.
Another thing include night leaves. if we want to go out for whole night we have to apply night leaves which is good but if we come early then we can get a in disciplinary case punched as we came early that night.We can come back only next day.
Some teachers who teach here do not care about students. They come and just read the slides and go back.If we have to ask for doubts they care less about them as ask us to find answers from the ppts.

There is an option for students to opt for placements from campus in our university and if we seect that option we are given special training by the university it self in fields which we think we are weak.That include technical and non technical fields like soft skills. University also ties up with other triaining companis to train us in better way by calling tutors from outside the campus for teaching us. Over all if we consider we are already well trained by university to sit for on campus placements and we usually get a good paying job which also helps us to gain more knowledge and improve ourself.

, I like the infrastructure of my college , our college campus is really beautiful filled with lots of greenery garden peaceful environment also the campus area is really vast and huge.
Our college has its own mall for students, the services facilities provided by our college is really good and it's very helpful for us.
The amount of courses they provide is really innovative, like our college encourages the students for both academics and extracurricular activities

Dislikes

I don't like the management sometimes because the College is very huge but the study blocks are not divided properly
Teachers sometimes do partiality between students
Fees structure is very high according to their services

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement Recently some companies visited our campus for placement drives like TCS , Wipro , Tata The highest package offered by a company is 40LPA

From Classrooms to Campus Life: A Holistic Review of My University Journey

I like the campus very much and is very vast around 600 acres which is still growing.
The faculty of the university is very good and very cooperative
The placement cell provides a very good company and also a very good package.

Dislikes

The thing I need improvement is the drainage facility of the university whenever there is rain our university becomes a lake
The second thing I disliked is the fee of the hostel which Is very high In terms of living there

Placement Experience:

Teh placement of the college is very good and most of the students who have good communication skills and are good in studies can have placement. Mainly 60 percentage of students gets placement here. After 6th semester you have the opportunity to apply in the placement.

Lovely professional University provides best placements and infrastructure

Likes

Teachers and faculties are very cooperative with the students
Infrastructure of the university is also very nice and clean
Placement is also done on a good basis of you are applying for placement services

Dislikes

Non veg is not allowed in the university which is not good
There is a so much crowd at 5'0 clock and at time it's difficult to walk
LPU provide small hostel as compared to other universities

Lovely professional University provides 100% guaranteed placement to students and many among them gets a package of 50 lakh , 1 crore or 3 crore also. For placement you should sit in a placement drive and be a confident human being you will definitely gets placed.

LPU is the best in INDIA

Everything expect the unnecessary long lectures
Canteen and the food and the hygiene of the campus
Infrastructure and how the teachers interact with the students and act like friends and also the festivals

Just the long lectures that they used to drag unnecessarily

As from the beginning itself I wanted to go for BTECH and lpu was always my first choice as my cousins graduate from their and there experience withe university was best and I'm glad I chose it as my experience with the university is the best and I would suggest everyone

Supportive teacher who are always there to help us
College provide mentors to each individual students
There is a whole different block for student welfare

Dislikes

Very strict and there are many rules you have to folloe
Umc which is a type of disciplinary action
Till I come I didn't see any fest the college host

The placement of the college is decent . And for our department the student become eligible for campus placement in 6 sem and many seniors from my department are doing there internship since their 3rd sem

I completed BTech CSE from LPU back in 2016. You might say that LPU has changed since then, but I am still in touch with my juniors and here is my experience:

Placements: More than 550+ MNCs and startups visit the LPU campus for placement. In recent news, Yasir M., student of LPU, grabbed an offer of INR 3 crore in Germany. The highest CTC offered for the engineering programs at LPU is INR 42 LPA.
Scholarships: People might think LPU is pricey since it is a private colleges, but LPU provides scholarships to bright students with good academic records, good track record in sports, or extracurricular activities. LPU also helps students in the education loan facility.
Research: In terms of research, Stanford University has ranked almost 13 LPU faculty members amongst the top 2% of scientists in the world.
Faculty: The faculty members are from top institutes like IITs, NITs, IIMs, and top-ranked universities globally.

Can I get an honest review on LPU University placements in engineering?

I am a BTech Mechanical graduate from LPU. Here is an honest review on the placement scenario at LPU (in engineering)-

The placement scenario is poor for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Few companies visit these departments for placements, and hire a maximum of 5-10 students in total. But if someone knows basic coding, they can sit for IT placements.

Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the CSE/IT departments for mass hiring. Very few core companies visit the ECE department for recruitments, so the students rely on IT companies. A mere 40/50 out of 1000 ECE students get hired by an Electronics company from the campus. The IT companies mass hire students at a CTC of around 3.5 LPA.

This is the engineering placement scenario at LPU.

Being a graduate from LPU, I found the campus life quite joyful as everyone in the university is supportive. I liked the following things about the University:

Students get success in placements based on their learning and skills provided by the University. The University trains the students to grab high-quality job offers.
LPU receives numerous companies for placements, although only a fraction of students secure high-paying offers, partly due to the large student population.
LPU's campus can accommodate its many students, with classes divided into manageable sizes for effective teaching.

LPU maintains a strict anti-ragging policy and provides a secure environment with extensive CCTV surveillance.
