Fees and Financial Aid:

The year wise fees is approximately equal to Rs.50,000/- along with all the expenses. The odd semester fees is usually more than the even semester fees. There are scholarship for ICAR students and some other schemes are also there.. merit scholarships are also available. Management fees is twice as much as of the regular fees.. semester wise registration fees is Rs.700/- along with Rs.600/- continuance fees. Semester wise tution fees to be paid is Rs.8500/- which is exampted for girls students of BPL families.

We used to get a little time for our preparation after 9 to 5 classes .

Fees and Financial Aid:

You will get scholarship of semester 9000 rs if you are in top 10 percent ogpa in the batch. Students of sc /st are provided with books of agriculture and scholarship. Library facilities are good . Campus is good with good hostel facilities. But you need to study hard because one semester have about 10 courses average to study

Dislikes

The semester break is very less. We have never received a break of more than 15-20 days. Students dont get the time to rest.
The different examinations that take place dont have enough gap between them. And no holiday is provided for preparation of exams one after the other.

1)The year-wise fees of CSMHPKV Palampur is almost 42000-43000 2)The fees for BSc Honors Agriculture at Agriculture University Palampur vary. Here's a breakdown: - Tuition Fee: Rs 42,918 for the first year - Caution Fee: Rs 5,000 (one-time payment) - Registration Fee: Rs 700 - Other Compulsory Charges: - Hostel Fee: Rs 53,500 (for four years) - Mess Fee: Included in the hostel fee - Security Deposit: Rs 2,000 (one-time payment) Category-wise Fees - General Category: Rs 42,918 (first-year tuition fee) - SC/ST Category: Fees may be exempted or reduced, but exact details are not available - Management Category: Not applicable, as Agriculture University Palampur is a government institution. 3)As for scholarships, CSKHPKV Palampur offers various scholarships to deserving students. The agriculture college review

Fees and Financial Aid:

Normal fees for candidates is about 17k-23k per semester. If you opted for self finance seat (paid seat) you have to pay 40k + the normal fees of that sem. Other categories will also have the same fee as the normal seat until unless you have been admitted through self finance seat. There are plenty of scholarships like kalpana chawala scholarship for single girl child and top rankers of class also get scholarships, also those who are admitted through ICAR get an ICAR scholarship.

There are four Colleges in our University: 1. Dr G.C. Negi college of Veterinary & Animal Sciences COVAS 2. College of Agriculture COA 3. College of Community Sciences COCS 4. College of Basic Sciences COBS I am Student of College of Agriculture COA (2020-2024) . There are 8 semester in Bsc. Hons Agriculture and Fees Taken by University is Semester wise. The Students who take SFS ( Self Finance seat ) they paid extra 40,000/- in each semester along with respesctive fees of that semester. Univesity also provide Scholarship to those student who are in merit (Top 15) during each year. Amount 10,300 /- per year.

Fees for mt course yearly is 50000 and all of the lab and class fees are included in it .there are no scholarships provided to us uptill now but some are expected soon as because of cgpa system. And fees are reduced for economically weaker sections.

This fees includes all the charges like tuition fees, development fees, lab fees, etcetera. Students with category only see a difference of about 10-12 thousand a year. Scholarships are awarded to all ICAR nominated students and the top 10 merit based students which is about 10 to 15 thousand a year.

The Agriculture University dream, worth it?

Fees and Financial Aid:

The year wise fees of the course is 25000 for tuitions along with other additional compulsory charges for library and sports facilities etcetera that also need to be paid. There is also an option to opt for a self financed seat in which one has to pay an additional 80000 every year along with the fees. There are two separate scholarship programs, one for the students nominated by ICAR and other is a merit based scholarship for the top 10 highest scorers in the entrance exam. The difference in the fees of reservation students is also barely 6-7 thousand a year and no other relaxations are otherwise provided A recent fees hike was protested against and challenged by the students and was thus taken back so no fees hike is expected in the near future.
