A Systematic review of CSKHPKV Palampur

Likes

The infrastructure is good with well equipped labs in each department.
Teachers are very supportive as well they guide for new career options.

Dislikes

There are some subject in degree program which is of no use.
Advance technologies and others advance methods for farming are not practised

Campus Life:

There is not any special festival which is celebrated in university annually but in each year there is Agri Night is celebrated and some other festival like Holi, dusshera is also celebrated. All types of books and generals are available in library. Facilities and Technological provision within the classroom are like digital screens, white board as well as water coolers and washrooms are well equipped near classroom. Various types of sports and extracurricular activities offered in campus in each year i there is sport meet is to be held between all four colleges and various types of games are to be play like volleyball, basketball, cricket, kho kho& athletic meet is also held in university. There are many types of groups & clubs and student portals are run in the university to impact student life like Agro club, Cultural Club, music band etc

I like campus it's huge,the faculty are so helpful
Labs of our university are really good and get chance to perform any time .

Dislikes

NCC is compulsory to all students like for all its a course in every college in this university
If you fail in course then there is option of re-examine and re exam fee is 1000

Campus Life:

There are sports activities that is sports meet held in November and atheletic meet held in february, culture activities which are held in March to April,Krishi mela that held in May ,and there are too many clubs that always doing activities in short part of months

Likes

Opportunities for any task is given to every student.
Labs are good and sports activities are also good

Dislikes

Interaction among students is less as expected.
Vehicle facility should be there so that if there is some important work of any person they can go and reach on time.

Campus Life:

Classroom contains smart boards and projectors whereasabs contains every possible experimental material which makes us easy to learn things other than this in other events like sports meet or some functions like freshers etc we enjoyed alot

My life in CSKHPKV

Likes

The faculty and staff and also the seniors are very encouraging and helpful and alway ready to guide us
The library consists of numerous books by many celebrated authors, some can not be found anywhere else and help students prepare for futures.

Dislikes

The sports facilities are below par and no focus on budding youth to push them to these fields.
There are cafes and eateries in the campus but very limited and do not offer much choice to students.

Campus Life:

The infrastructure is good but improvements are still on going as construction is taking place. The annual fest is called Agri night in which all students can showcase their talents through cultural programs in front of many important guests. Many other cultural and educational programs also take place regularly. Sports and athletics competitions organised by both university and students take place regularly.

The Agriculture University dream, worth it?

The library is a heaven for literature enthusiasts and curious minds alike. The amount of different types of books ranging from different subjects is fascinating. It is too much knowledge even for the best
The university campus is a joy to just be in, the atmosphere is a blessing to breathe in. At the foothills of the Himalayas surrounded by greenery all around.

Dislikes

The faculty, though very knowledgeable and we'll versed in their subjects are still just researchers and scientists focused more on their own work and lack the distinct art of teaching.
The infrastructure is below par compared to magnitude of students that keep on adding every year. Though there are new lecture theatres in construction, but they will take time to complete.

Campus Life:

The annual fest called the agri night mostly happens in the month of December January or sometimes even February every year. Many cultural programs are held during this event with the college students showcasing their great talents and big names like ICAR chief are also invited. The range of Books in the library is enormous, it is a heaven for literature enthusiasts and curious minds. You can find books on any subjects you want, even books that you might not find anywhere else. Anyone with the library card, that you get for free for being a university student here, can have access to these books. Modern technologies like projector and screens are available in lecture halls. Sports is prominent and even more so during the annual sports meet between different colleges of the university. There are many different cultural groups run by students and even the agro club which is officially under authorities is also run by students.

Likes

Overall Campus is big, library and ecart, canteen.
Campus is good, transportation bus and ecart.

Dislikes

Faculty is strict just like school teachers
Exams are too often.. Two times in a sem.

Campus Life:

Campus is beautiful. Library is huge.. And goood set of books is avaliable. Classrooms are well built and spacious. Sports meets are conducted frequently, and sports Complex is built Agroclub is run by students.

Likes

Hostels are my favourite things. Very nice accommodation and food is also very god
Location is very beautiful. Himachal is very beautiful

Dislikes

I don't like to go to field but it is the part of agriculture
I don't like the swo staff. They are very rude

Campus Life:

There are different functions that were held in previous years. The library is very good. The classrooms are clean and good. There is a sports meet that will happen every year and it's the best time of year. There is this Instagram page called cskhpkv memes which is run by students.

Campus Life:

There was an annual fest during the science day i.e. 28th February. During the fest students organize Dham which is a typical lunch found in Himachal Pradesh along with it there is a cultural program that is usually performed in the university auditorium.

Campus Life:

There is web office accessible. The offices are generally excellent in the school premises. The lodging offices are acceptable as Wi-Fi is accessible and other clinical offices are likewise accessible. The nature of the food is superb in the lodging mess.
