Faculty

The relationship of a student and faculty is very good. We can share our problems with faculty and they have the solutions. Examination held per semester or we can say two times in a year. Marking is on the based of matter what you write in paper....not on the bases of no. of pages you write. Mostly students passes in the exams. Ratio of student to teacher is 10:1. The faculties of my department are excellent..... always supportive and kind to us. The workers of department sometimes being rude or non supportive. We celebrate every happiness in department separately. The course curriculum is relevant and not put burden on the students. Mainly all the classes held through slides or there are smart classes also.

Course Curriculum Overview

As i have great interest in food- how to make it, how to eat it, when to eat, why we are having any food, what it contains.... everything about food. I am interested in making diets for others . I want to become a dietitian. That's why i choosen this course. The date sheet for exams is flexible to the students. If any student has issue regarding exams. It will be consider by the teachers.

As many know about certain nutrition tips but I felt it's necessary to know in detail thus I can regulate the consumption of my foods to healthy then my family followed by the society in order to create an nutritious society. The faculty consist of 10 staff and 1 HOD with 3 lab assistants and 9 labs, 15 PhD scholars under different guides. PG strength is 20 to 30, UG strength is 45 to 56. Each term has two internal and final semester exam with a total of 90 working days.

Annual fests starting From the Feb Days which is called youth festival we celebrate 15 days like group day school day traditional day and so on. With the celebration of days faculties aarange competitions like mehndi, sangeet, drawing, sports competition to singing competition. Every faculty and department arrange this for their students and then final rounds are performed at the college level. Next, we celebrate nutritional days, month, teacher days, freshers part for new student and annual for the last year students. Then we celebrate all the festival lGarbaarba to uttrayan all the festival celebrated by us in our college.
