College life in women's University

The choosed this course as I have complete background of bachelor degree in Nutrition and was interested in doing community nutrition service where master degree would enrich me with the background knowledge to empower peoples with Nutrition knowledge.The faculty staffs have done their doctrate in food science and nutrition and are enriched with best modern teaching methods which guided and motivate to learn a lot about the field .The term exams where conducted as 2 internal exams each semester and 1 external exam .The course is for 2years so there are 4 external exams and 8 internal exams .The different lab enriched with current updated equipment help to learn more practically ,the lab setup included foods lab ,food testing lab , nutrition lab and physiology lab .The exams are easy to pass if you are 70 percent consistent on practical and theory papers .

The course fees would be around rs 25000 every year ,where in the paper fees for each semester varies from rs 2000 to 3000.The fees hike policy inculde paying on every semester or whole year as per preference.There are scholarship for Sc/St catorgry and OBC which covers the tution fees .

The annual fest theme is different every year and tech fest are conducted in Nutrition month ,breast feeding week etc which keep us engaged with nutrition work like paper presentation and other various activities.There is a journal session available separately in the university and the library covers vast number of books from past years to present years where it has separate referral section which is accessible to all students and faculty.The amenities in class room include power point presentation screen and extra curricular activities like volleyball,football ,throw ball ,khabaadi , basketball are held in the university and make best players in the state.There are different clubs like nutrition club ,sport club ,e club , nature club ,nss club ,pottery club etc

The admission process involves screening of candidates by a common entrance exam in the university after submitting the application.
