Alva’s College is one of the best and most prominent colleges in the state of Karnataka and was established in the year 1998. The college proved itself a rigid platform for students for self – realization and shaped them skilfully for their better tomorrow. - Library- In library college offers numerous e – books, magazines , journals and more than 2000 books of academic syllabus with full time internet and Personal computers for every student.
- Auditorium and Briefing Hall- College offers a well-structured auditorium and briefing hall for different societal and extra-curricular activities. The auditorium is fully centralized with ACs and has a large number of seating capacity.
- Sports- College offers various indoor and outdoor sports facilities to retain our students' capture and sensibility. Presently, the college has a large playground where sports like basketball, football and badminton are played on a regular basis.
- Hostel- College provides in-campus and well-furnished hostel for both boys as well as girls with a total intake of 150 students. 24*7 water and electricity supply is provided including mess and laundry service will also be rendered to the students living there.
- Labs- Colleges provide different laboratories for each department. Students go through hands- on training and put forward better chances for learning.

I did my pre University in alvas college in Arts course so I was selected in sports quota so there will be free for the sports quota in alvas only they will charge 5000 to 6000 every year and rest all are free for the sports quota so I did my Bachelor degree in alvas because they provide good education along with the sports

- I liked the campus it is very cool and beautiful. On of the best campus I have ever seen. There are cafeterias and stationary at almost every corner of the campus
- The food in the campus is very good, I liked it personally.
- The staff is very nice which includes teaching and non teaching staff

- It is very strict and too many restrictions for students
- Little less events and programs compared to other colleges
- Classrooms are little messy but manageable

I chose this college because the education quality is advanced compared to other institutions. I never applied to any other colleges and got direct admission into this college for my course. There was no entrance exam for the college too. You just need to be a 12th pass student to pursue the course.

The admission process was completely offline, application form was also not available. There are no reservation criteria. It could've been better if online services were available. Installment facilities are made on convenience and it's appreciable.

The admission process is very simple saying the application fee. fill out the application according to your preferred course and group. Attach the required information and documents like a mark sheet etc There is no entrance exam

Admission:
The admission process was very easy I just came to the college campus and asked for admission maximum after the 12th result the college starts the admission and there was no entrance exam when I got admitted to this college. We can find the application for the college at the entrance of the degree college building itself. I didn't avail of any reservation benefits. Overall the admission process was simple and we should have to pay a minimum sum of rupees 20000 for the concession of fees we can request the principal and we can pay the fees later after joining the college.
Admission:
It provides good education and some free seats to students in education who scored maximum marks percentage and free education for sports students. And overall it provides the best for every student. Taking admission in our college is not difficult its very easy.
Placement Experience:
In our college they provide placement training for students to understand the process of recruitment of companies during final year of degree, many reputed companies will come to hire talent students, also college organise Alva's Pragati for all over Karnataka students to get employment. In pragati around 250 companies will participate and thousands of students will participate
Admission:
It's a fantastic college in overall cultural sports and education everyone can blindly guide lot of knowledge and College is so down to earth and we enjoyed a lot by extra curricular activities and trips in between the college days
