Average package of My Course that is MSc Chemistry is around 18 LPa and maximum is 24LPa which one of my super senior got. Overall placement is good . IIT Delhi has its own OCS placement cell which is there for you to help you in your CV building and in improving interview skills. For Sitting in placement drive one should cross a minimum of 7.5 Cgpa . Those who are in 4th semester are eligible to sit in placement drive

Placements are Good but I would tell that most of them are from IT field. One who has a skillful knowledge in a computer language can easily find a placement. Data analytics is a field wherein highly paid jobs are offered in placements

You are eligible for internships during your first year itself and for the placements in the second year only. Last year comparatively many Edtech companies came. This year the number was comparatively less. Highest ever package is around 15 lacs per annum. Depend on the number of companies visiting, it decides the number of students getting placed. I am looking for government job after the degree.

In Btech 4th year students and in MSC 2nd year students are eligible for placement. Every year 60 to 70 companies visit the college and up to 75% of students get the placement I m going to take the placement after completing my degree here
Around 10000 students currently study at IIT Delhi, among them 55% are the students who pursue masters, PHD, Post doc etc. In my course course i. e. M.Sc Chemistry around 0.5% students of the total strength lies. The admission to M.Sc Chemistry at IIT's is possible by the entrance exam named as "Joint Admission Test (JAM) " Which is usually conducted in the month of february every year. After the annoucement of JAM result around 20 march, counselling process starts in the month of May and finally students get enrolled in the month of july in their respective colleges.

I chose this college because it was my dream college and it was the best. It have many facilities and also have a good campus life. We get all things around the campus easily as it is located in city.

No one can get bored here. Academics are top class. Apart from studies, sports facilities are at their best as well. From indoor to outdoor activities, you are never going to have any complaints regarding these.
If you can get in this college it is one of the best colleges in India you will be given all the facilities you require I don't have any negative remarks about my college. There is a lot of greenery in the campus which is great as I like to go for small walks.

The IIT Delhi hostel rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home. The names of IIT Delhi hostels are based on the names of hill ranges of India- Aravali, Girnar, Himadri, Jwalamukhi, Kailash, Karakoram, Kumaon, Nilgiri, Satpura, Shivalik, Udayagiri, Vindhyachal and Zanskar. All the hostel rooms are two-seater. All the rooms are equipped with beds and almirahs. Water coolers are allowed inside the rooms during the summer season.
