Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placement in last year if their degrees.
Various companies visit throughout the year and the information about it is given through email.
Most students opt for the campus placement.
My plans are to pursue a Masters in English Literature
Faculty is good and experienced unlike other colleges. Rather than just being a lecturer, they all try to engage with students and help them too. Same goes with the college environment, its not hefty one and it’s mostly chill, making a good environme
Exams are on time. Students can discuss among themselves and choose dates which suits best to their interests
Overall environment in this college is good. Best for people who only wants to study and don’t want to get engaged in politics.
Dislikes
College infrastructure is kinda tricky. They have a new building for the new students but the old building isn’t that good. They have facilities like disabled washrooms but not maintained well.
College placement cell is missing on the ground level and can be only seen in emails.
Library is small and not idle for a large number of students

Course Curriculum Overview:
Approach towards course structure is appreciable. Being a social science doesn't only means history and stuff but rather an inter- disciplinary approach towards all subject and this is what this course teaches us. For the real world preparation, we are taught with real world examples and given field level assignments. Adding more of real life ventures can be really beneficial. Exams timing are same as others, at the end of semester.
Faculty are mostly phd holders with a vast experience in their field
There are various student running societies apt for the interest.
Dislikes
There are a lot of monkeys thus there isn't enough space to sit and eat
The infrastructure isn't that good with ACs and projectors not working.
The training and placement cell is hard to please.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum in History are divide in various time periods such as Ancient, Medieval, Modern but also Early Medieval, Early Modern and they India and the World. This helps us to have a better understanding of the vast historical legacy.
The curriculum helps us to choose which specific time prriod we are interested in and to pursue it further.
The course could be improved with administration allowing more of field visits and trips.
The exams are prepared by the respective teaching faculty and also corrected by them. The only thing is its hard to please doctorate professors with your Bachelorate answers.
That students of the university are very expressive. They never back down form their beliefs.
Teachers are very cooperative with students regarding studies and assignments.
Dislikes
Classroom are a little old and lacking some shine.
The attendance criteria is 75% could have been less.
Placement Experience:
Placements are provided. I think from 3rd year there is training program which helps students get placements. Some companies visited like HCL, JLL, Posterity, Acxiom etc total of 92 companies were invited in 2023. Many students don't apply for placement as they start the preparation for compititive exams. But most of get the placements. I also plan to prepare for compititive exams.
One of the things that I liked was the faculty. Faculty at AUD is amazing though many have left owing to the administration.
The course structure and the readings incorporated especially for Arts subjects are incredible.
Dislikes
The infrastructure of the place is falling apart.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is fantastic. Relevant, you would read books and readings from outside of the canon as well. Plus at AUD you get immense choice in the course you want to opt for within your programme.

The faculty is great and quite good at their job
The campus is usually quite peaceful and a great place to conduct discussion
