In first year our college will provide you lot of Internship opportunities and it's mandatory for everyone to do the summer internship . But most of the internships doesn't provide stipend. But you'll get good work experience for sure which will strengthen you CV (as told by our faculty).

We had an IT Placement cell which provided a lot of internship and placement opportunities almost daily via our official student email. It was a great way to connect with a lot of new companies and explore opportunities.

Companies like unison international consulting, India school of public policy, Citibank, etc are some of the companies which have recently given the students a choice but as I had never been a part of a college internship I have no proper knowledge about the same.
Students get internships from campus in various reputed companies like finance institutions like icici bank, hdfc bank, yes Bank, etc, and at various different departments like HR, Finance, and operational management.
In the final year, students become eligible for placement in the college. Several companies like Relaxo visit the campus and make an average of 20-30 offers. The placement cell has recently become active in the university, and the members of the cell are really trying hard to reach out to as many companies as possible.
Mostly companies are visiting are tech companies and they provide sufficient offers like good opportunity. Project are given by the company and also selection are their project basis but not for all company.
For this course (MA HISTORY) there are no placement opportunities provided by the University. You are all by yourself Students mostly here either go for Ph.D. or study for UPSC. Though there is a placement cell that is for MBA as well as Economics students.
In Master's, an internship is a mandatory component for a few courses including Gender Studies which I was part of. Here students are expected to find internships on their own and once found and applied- then keep both the assigned supervisor and the university professor coordinating internship in the loop. Students unable to find internships on their own are helped by the coordinators.
