BIT Mesra Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

This is the top private college in india after one or two. So i choose this. Also. I wanted to study comp sc. So i got that in this college and was not getting in any other college. So i chose this.

Why I personally chose this college is Because of its legacy, trained faculty, campus, placement and good Alumni network. The college has given great start ups, which would be very beneficial if I want to work with such startups

I chose this college for the course, I saw the reviews and they were good. I wanted a simple College where I could study and BIT is my place for it.for a studious student it's a perfect place.

It's in my hometown and the placements are very good I heard so I decided to join here. It's a proper technical institute not like other colleges with all kinds of courses. The college is designed for technical purpose.

Placement commences from the 3rd year. Placement is very good for all the branches.CSE and IT branch have an excellent placement with an avg package of around 15lpa for CSE and It and around 10lpa for ECE branch and of about 8 LPA for mechanical, electrical. About 120+ companies visit the campus every year offering more than 500 offers to students. Some of the top companies are Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, Goldman Sachs, Tata Steel, IOCL, and many more. About 80%. Student gets placed in CSE,It ECE branches and 70-75% in EEE, mechanical and 50% in civil, chemical, etc. I wanted to do further studies or I will appear for gate exam etc

Since my childhood I was fascinated about how the cellphone or our computer works. Electrical engineering was always my passion since I was a teenager. I choose these college because of its great placement statistics and reputation. I have a heard a lot about this college, about faculties, about the curriculum from my elder brother. I love the system very much. I love the faculties, the environment, the festives of the college very much.

Ranked 17 among all engineering colleges in India according to MHRD, Even though it is a government funded college it is at par with some of the NIT's, Good placement statistics with a decent package (average salary around 7 lpa for CS/IT branches), Near to my home town, Reviews from seniors and ex students was good, Campus is clean and green, Hostel and mess facilities are provided for boarders

Placement in our college is a very high package for some students most reputed company come to my college and give a good package to the maximum students

BIT Mesra is an esteemed University. Although it may not be as great as an IIT or BITS Pilani but still it is second best private college in India. The college is huge approx 780acres campus. It is half controlled by CK Birla group. The thing I liked most is it has a very good reputation with companies coming to hire students. A large diverse student base is also crucial. Academics and sports both are great in this university.

College is nice but the management is very bad here. Management is like Govt office you will have to go to 4-5 places to get your work done. Teachers need to be less strict.
