Ranked 17 among all engineering colleges in India according to MHRD, Even though it is a government funded college it is at par with some of the NIT's, Good placement statistics with a decent package (average salary around 7 lpa for CS/IT branches), Near to my home town, Reviews from seniors and ex students was good, Campus is clean and green, Hostel and mess facilities are provided for boarders

Course curriculum is up to date with all the topics which are asked in interviews or used in the industry. Faculty is well trained and educated who motivate us to study and do research work. More industrial exposure is a requirement which is not provided to the level.

Interned with Microsoft as a Software Developer. Stipend-80000 per month. Whole process was on campus managed by the placement cell.

There is a well functioning placement cell managed by staff and student coordinators. Top companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Goldmann Sachs, Directi, Maruti, Reliance visit our college for various profiles like Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Operations, Consulting etc. More than 80% students are placed with an average packahe of 7lpa. Alumni network is strong and maintained through our very own alumni website.

A number of fests and club activities are hosted throughout the year. Bitotsav, the annual cultural fests has mire than 1000 participants from across the countries. Pantheon, the technical fest is also of the same level. Hack-a-BIT is one of India's largest College hackathon. There are various technical, cultural and social clubs and societies which have their own events as well.

Infrastructure is good. Big and spacoius buildings with air conditioned and latest technology enabled classrooms. Free and unlimited wifi access throughout the campus and hostels. Large library with all the required books, reading rooms etc. Labs equipped with materials required for curriculum as well as research. Sports complex is well equipped with gym, badminton court, huge ground, racing track etc.

Hostels are easily available for all students along with wifi and mess facilities. Girls get rooms on a double sharing basis while boys have single rooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. There are 11 hostels for boys and 2 for girls along with 24?7 security.
