JMC review.

Since I am enrolled in BA programme the practical exposure is not great its mostly theory based learning. Hence, joining internships is essential as it gives you an understanding of the real world. We have our end sems twice in one year, if you are well prepared it's not difficult since the paper pattern is direct

The commerce dept offers a great number of facilities. I am not well versed with that but there is a placement sell that is very much active and of great help. As far as I know companies like Deloitte also came for placement purpose

For my course the fee is around 26k, considering it's for a whole year and a government college with great faculty and infrastructure the amount I am paying is justifiable. The fees for my batchmates is more or less the same, even less than what I pay. Our college also provides financial aid.

JMC has one of the best infrastructure in all of DU. Library is great with a variety of books. Sports department is super active. Our annual fest is called Montage that takes place around feb -march. All the societies are active with great pool of talent

My only aim was to get into DU so I only prepared for CUET. Preferably i wanted to get into LSR, but I did not clear the cut off, second preference was JMC which fortunately I got that too with my preferred course. To get into Delhi University one needs to give CUET and make past the cut off list. For my course it was around 750/800. It keeps varying each year.

I personally like my professors and their teaching method. Each sem I study a different field of psychology, the exam pattern is quiet easy to get used to. Going through PYQs is of great help and the marking scheme is neither too lienient nor too strict.

Since we don't have any hostel facilities there is not night life as such. But the canteen is great with super quality and variety of food. It's located near the embassies, super safe and posh. There are a number of pg facilities near the college itself
