Ggs a dream place

I chose BCom program because I want to build my career in Commerce department. The faculty of GGS is cooperative and helpful at the same time. They make sure students doesn't face any kind of unconvenience. They teach everything in a very easy way and make everything interesting by opting different methods. Exams are quite technical but anyonr can crack those exams if you've paid attention in the class.

There is an internship camp organised by our college in which different companies visit our college. It also conducts an internship awareness drive in which students are guided about the advantages/ benefits of internships.

In your 5th semester, you can start applying for campus placements. Companies like KPMG, Deloitte, and pec etch started visiting the college campus for pre-placement talks and interviews. The first step of placement is a pre-placement talk which is compulsory to attend. The min package offers is 3.5 lpa and the maximum is 8lpa

Being a government college study cost is not high. And it provides the best placements such as KPMG, Deloitte, Travclan, PWC, EY, EXL, and many other good companies. These companies offer the best annual package to students with many other opportunities.

Ggs is situated off campus. You won't find many cafes or clubs near our college but it has a healthy environment. For food, you can visit NSP which has many food outlets and for shopping you can visit the pacific mall in nsp. There are many societies in this college and you can become part of those societies and can enjoy your college life.

Ggs has the highest cutoff among all the sikh colleges of delhi universities. Students with less than 80% have no chance of admission there. It provides the best infrastructure and best facilities. It has a sikh quota for which you must be having Sikh minority certificate. (It is only for sikh students)
