Best DU college!

Most of the students are from big families and from posh area of the capital. So they come in big cars and are less interested in studies. They are less Interested in studying and more into co curricular activities.

Admission to this college is done on the basis of 12th boards score. Being one of the best DU college, it is quite difficult to get into it. I scored 95 percentile.

Course curriculum is same as per DU norms. As the college came into picture just about 4-5 years back so infrastructure is very well organized for students welfare. Faculty is very helpful and friendly. Dance Society and fashion society of this college always gets first position.

Yes they provide internships to the capable students. Generally this commerce colleges have less internship opportunities as compared to other ones.

Most of the final year students were placed last year. This year placement is not yet started as companies have not started coming. Also placements are getting better every year so lets hope for the best this year. The average packege is 2 lakhs per annum.

Each year most of the festivals are celebrated in the college itself. Being a sikh college all the cultural events are celebrated with great interest. Technical events are also organized on technical fests. Sports tournaments are frequently organized because of large space for all the sports activities.

Fees structure is very nominal and same as other du colleges.i Paid around 17000 every year for Bcom hons. All other courses also have nearly same fees. Some technical courses are expensive and that too around 25k. So basically they are quite less as compared to ip University Colleges.

Yes their is scholarship available to toppers of every stream in which 50% college fees is waived offf.

College is situated in one of the most prime location of capital. So all the students are generally from big schools and are generally very rich. So crowd is exceptionally incomparable. Also girls ratio is generally high as most the girls are sikh so they are really very pretty.

Hostel is not currently present in college but soon their are talks that it would be build in college itself as it has very large area around. Also their are abundant pgs available in rohini Pitampura area at nominal rate. Most of the outside students reside their only.

Being one of the cricket player, i have a large network among seniors as i play with them most of the time.

Theory exams patterns are very similar to all the college exams. Also they are relatively easy and are based upon last year only. So if one need to pass can have a look on last year papers. Labs are very well build and all the essential components are provided by college for students.

Faculty are generally very experienced ones. Most of them have their subject knowledge so they can help students easily. Teachers takes keen interest in explaining each and every topic clear to their students. Faculties are very well graduated from top colleges.
