Its a good opportunity

I choosed Kalyani Government Engineering College because of several factors.It is the best college under WBJEE after Jadavpur University.It is located in Kalyani city which is not so far away from Kolkata.The placements of our college is very good.Every year almost 80% students gets their first job through campus placements.I choosed B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering because it has a vast scope nowadays.I can go to the software industry and also to the core industry for job.

Currently as I am in my 1 st year so I have applied for campus ambassador and content writing internship in college dunia through internshala.

Campus life in our college is amazing.Our college campus is situated in a vast greenary.Our college organise various seminars, pujas,fests etc throughout whole year.All the Kgecians wait eagerly for our annual techno management fest Espektro which is one of the biggest college fest in West Bengal.All the students participate in various kinds of competitions such as robotics,dance,paint,drama etc throughout the whole .Their are various clubs in our college such as robotics society,dance club Elysium, photography club shutterbug, devlopers club etc for the alround devlopment of the students.

I have availed full freeship from the college.Also I have got Swami Vivekananda merit cum means scholarship from the West Bengal State government.If someone wants to take education loan our college helps throughout the process of taking loan.

Our college provides separate buildings and labs for each department.Our college provides 5 hostels for the students.Our college provides free WiFi facility throughout the whole campus.All the classrooms and labs are well furnished and well equipped.There are projectors in the classrooms.Our college provides 2 big grounds for sports activities.There is a very big central library in our college with a huge collection of books and journals.

Yes I have opted for hostel.Our college provides 5 hostels for the students.There is a separate hostel for the 1 st year boys students.In 1 st year hostel 4 students shares 1 room.From 2 nd year 3 students shares 1 room.Our college provides free WiFi facility in hostels.Hostels are well furnished and well maintained.There are canteens in the hostels.Food quality in hostels are average.As we have 5 hostels so there is a very big collection of seats in hostels.If someone wants to stay in PG's there are many PG's available near our college.Fees in PG's is very big as compared to hostel fees.
