- I took cuet and cut for my course varied based on different combinations and categories also admission through cuet is very haptic it's a very long process a simple mistake can ruin your whole admission process
- I also disliked the administration block of my college because they do every in a very gradual manner. many time main members go on leave.
- I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any sports quota for volleyball

- Our ex prime minister Dr Manmohan Singh has been an alumni of our college.
- It is 7th ranked college of DU and has stayed in top 10 colleges of DU ever since.
- A beautiful crowd and extra beautiful faculties and by beautiful I mean beautiful brains.

- Some students are too needs and hardly engage in college activities.

Placement Experience:
At KMC many companies comes for placements and our department students can best serve the metal and mining companies. So a lot of those companies like NTPC, Coal India and other offers us placements worth 5-6 lakhs.

- The things I liked is that the quality of teachers and how they teach their respective subjects.
- The infrastructure is also very good at the my college with each and every required material needed to be reached with.
- The boys to girls ratio is 50 is to 36 that means.There are 50 boys and 36 girls in our class.
Dislikes
- There is no things I disliked but this comes under DU and it is Central Govt college so it has a slow process while having correction in your forms or I'd Card.
Placement Experience:
From 5 semester the students are eligible for campus placements.On an average there are 50-60 companies coming in the college for various branches such as Computer Science, Geography Honours,Botany.The students also get selected in the UPSC exams every year for the preparation there is a Society for giving notes and questions to students for preparation of the exams.90% of the students are getting placement through campus only.

- Diversity of courses. I like how there are various courses from all fields such as commerce, humanities. Sciences and mathematics as well.
- Faculty, faculty members are well educated and qualified. Teaching ad well as non teaching staff is great.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure can be better, the area of the college is a little smaller than other colleges of north campus . Facilities can be better
- Lack of common space, not much area for hanging out with friends .
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is pretty relevant as there are 3 core subjects and 4 other subjects as language, EVS, skill course, value addition course, General elective course for continuing your minor degree. Teaching method is different for all teachers some use ppts, some uses examples, some are descriptive . Tests happens on a regular interval , internals happens in mid semesters and presentations are also a part of internals.

- The professor are supporting, cooperative and generous with great exposure in various departments across the globe
- College Campus was neat and clean with proper time to time cleaning and mopping of floors
- The ambience of college will make u feel like living your dream college life as shown in bollywood
Dislikes
- Regular construction and path blockage was a serious problem those days (2023)
- The entry exit from kamla nagar gate was very limited and students had to protest for opening of that gate
- The ground is under maintenance and construction since 2022
Placement Experience:
Placement is only provided to few selected courses
B.com hons. , Economics hons. , statistics hons. , and science backgrounds there were limited options for the humanities students until they have any specialised degree, course or qualification

- Department of Geography is the best faculty in entire North campus colleges.
- All the facilities for Geography department exceeds the expectation.
- Extra-curricular activities are given importance which aligns with the academic.
Dislikes
- Admin office is slow in their procedures.
- Maintenance and renovation in college disturbs us a lot during our classes.
- Class time table is too hectic as sometimes it clashes with the other classes.
Placement Experience:
For Geography,the placement offers are less as compared to other diverse courses.
Talking about the employability rate then after graduating from this esteemed institution there are various doors for future endeavours.
In Civil services,in research work and in meteorological department geography is essential as a eligibility criteria.
I'll be preparing for Government exams after completing my degree.

- It provides Best environment for upsc aspirants where professor's guidance about it readily available.
- The library is really good and 3 reading hall is also provided with AC

- The college lacks in overall infrastructure. Our auditorium is still under repair.
- No any action is taken against short attendance of students
- Placement opportunities are only available for commerce background
Placement Experience:
There's no placement in geography from college. However you can get internships options and employability in gis and remote sensing through your own efforts and college will play not much role. The only best career option available before you is either upsc Or pursuit higher education and become professor.

- Extra Curricular activities in Kirori Mal College are really vibrant and there is huge learning curve and great experience for one in Kirori Mal College, during my time here, there was always something happening in the college.
- Kirori Mal College has one of the best faculty for Political Science, Economics and Commerce in entire Delhi University
- Some might say KMC lacks in infrastructure, it might be true in some cases but even with those limited resources, KMC is one of the best college of not just Delhi University but entire India.
Dislikes
- Obviously the campus size and infrastructure is less developed, there's always space crunch in the college for classrooms and activities
- Placements are not very good and so is the case for most DU colleges. Only around 250-300 students get good packages each year.
- Not all teachers are as qualified as they should be. Classes are often irregular.

There is a well defined Placement cell in the college that provides internship opportunities to all students and placement to students of final year. There are always active internship drives going on in the college. The average placement lies at 8LPA with highest being 21.5LPA by DE Shaw this year

- We can issue books freely from the Library in college
- A competitive environment in the college with everyone aiming for a certain competition.
- Affordable food available in the college as well as the hostel canteen
Dislikes
- Lack of benches in the classrooms for students
- Few spots available for members in a society.
- Minimal placement opportunities for Arts and Science students
Placement Experience:
Not much ideas about that as I myself am in the 1st year but there may be many seniors out there having review in this website so do look for other reviews as well but most students in this course aim for UPSC or other gov. exams and the college is a bridge for them to reach their goal. Some go to the field of GIS after graduation and do masters in geoinformatics in other universities like Symiosis Institute of Geoinformatics having good placement opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:
This course is interesting for me. Although all other subjects sounds interesting me but Geography has an edge. This is a best place to pursue hons in Geography. Infrastructure needs to be given attention and maintenance but faculties are best.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I opted geography as I had a keen interest in the subject and wanted to pursue it for my future aspirations. The curriculum and the professors work well to boost you up so that one doesn't regret their decision. Exams are conducted after two three months coupled with projects assignment tests and field trips.
