Faculty's expertise, teaching method and mentorship is very good

Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is good for every 10 students one faculty is always on site. The faculty members are very good they are very friendly and helpful. I like almost all of my faculty members out of them would excel my HOD and two three assistant professors. There non to dislike them because of the bond we have among us. One common entrance is taken for the addmission of the students by the respective university. The entrance level is though but one can achieve through strong preparation. Only 500 students are selected all over the state as well as from the country for the course of zoology an ddistributed among the affiliated colleges under the university.

All you have to know about Handique Girls' college

Faculty and students relationship is very moderate I can say. That's because they are very moody. I do not know about all faculties..but the economics department for me was the most approachable and friendly. But one of my favourite teacher is retiring unfortunately. Psychology is ok ok.. you can ask for help but the help comes or not is upto the teacher's mood. Sad right? Paying and getting treated like that????but don't worry they are better than some other departments like English. English department is like middle school. I think students learn better when faculty is approachable and friendly. They feel comfortable and can come to u in need of help. Before the clg exams weren't so hectic, one sessional and final exam in one semester but with new guidelines.. there's two sessional exam and one final exam per semester. So kind of hectic. And additional subjects like vac, aec , mdc and sec will eat up ur time. Exams aren't tough if you study so how many students can pass depends on efforts and hardwork. They don't set papers of jee level just basic concepts.

The lengends of handique

As already mentioned I was not there for a very long period of time , however as much I stayed abd studied there , the classes were very regular. The teachers were also present on time in the class.. I don't know about the exams as I was not there during the exam time

Facts about HANDIQUE GIRLS’ COLLEGE

Faculty and facilitators are best of every department.
Department of zoology has the best teachers providing the top notch education quality.

Dislikes

The department of Chemistry is the only department which is not proper in providing well developed education.

Student Snaps:

The faculty to student ration is 1: 30 students. The relationship of faculty and student is built on mutual respect and understanding with open communication. Eva Rani Ma'am was the best with all the other proffesor of Zoology department. While the proffesors of Chemistry department were not much good and neither provided very good concepts. Almost all the students cleared the examination.

Full of pros and cons

The college has some great professors who hardly cancel classes

The faculty and students ratio depends completely on the dept and it's seats for eg. Chemistry department of the college is one of the biggest department with nearly 8 professors. Teachers are really very mindful of what they speak and are quite approachable except for some. Best faculty from our dept has to be ARCHANA and RASHMI ma'am they're amazing. Both of them are blunt and straightforward about their view which also gives us a sense of confidence. They literally help us grow so much I'm grateful to have such teachers like them. Exams are conducted time to time like we mainly have 3 exams 2 sessional examinations and one end sem exam.

what to expect from your college experience

the lectures, and the friendly professors

the faculty is good and responsive. no matter goes unheard, the professors are easy and friendly to approach and clear doubts to. even the management is helpful in case of any query. there is the mid term exams that the college holds and the finals. for my course we also have practicals and several other projects as well.

the teachers and students faculities are good our college always got stand in matric. students who got 60 percent up they got scooty by goverment. There are 3 exam in college sessional exam, 2nd sessional and the final. In the final exam teachers are more strict than the other sessioanl exam

Experienced and supportive professors with could mix of industry and academic experience they have many experienced with laboratory also exam system consists of 2 semester exam and one final exam before the final exams don't have to complete the pay 1630 things process is based on combination of internal assessment and semester exams and the final exams too
