- It was good the fest was also very good and so much enjoyable and the environment for study was fabulous.
- I have got a scholarship like swami vivekananda scholarship so it helped me a lot.
- Awesome faculty members and teachers are there in our college and their teaching method is fantabulous they help the students alot and make students comfortable in learning and feel free to ask .
Dislikes
- Some faculties are worst they don't teach us properly
- Sometimes the loads of assignments can be a burden above the upcoming exams.
- Encounter with seniors can be a little problematic sometimes.

- In Siliguri Institute Of Technology the mentorship quality and teaching methods are very good and very interactual.
- The fest of the college is excellent and they oragnise lots of event for personal development and ideas of the students
- The campus is also beautiful in the middle of the tea gardens it is situated.
Dislikes
- In college they should build a little more big seminar hall.
- They should upgrade the library space and give importance to it because many of the college don't use it.
- The college doesn't have hostels for both boys and girls but there is many PG's and rooms available around the colleges.
Placement Experience:
From third year we are eligible to sit for the placements. Percentage of students getting placed is 92%.The company that visits are- Microsoft, amazon, TCS, BOSCH, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, manhindra, Virttusa,
Accenture,Informatica,Intel,Airtel,etc.The highest package is 51 lakhs that is offcampus in MIcrosoft fromCSE DEPARTMENT, Average package is 5-6 lakhs.

- Campus is nice, good according to how a college should be.
- Teachers are well trained and they teaches us according to our understanding.
- Overall college is good not so bad for graduation

- Some teachers are not good they don't teach us properly.
- Campus should be little big. There should buildings according to department wise
- Library is not as expected. And even the games, grounds and gym is not for the name that in our college
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is itself a difficult course Engineering. As nowadays it jobs are at peak so cse is a best course. There should be more different ways of teaching and helping students to understand the classes appropriately. There should be a proper 6 months per semester. In 1st sem we got approx 7 months and now in 2nd sem we hardly have half month left for our end sem in short we got only 4 months for 2nd sem.

- Campus is big and beautiful infrastructure is good
- Library available gym is also available.every sports (basketball, badminton, volleyball, cricket, football) indoor games
- Labs are available for every subject and courses. labs are good. many seminars out of course.
Dislikes
- Average teaching. teaching is not so good.
- Placement is also not that good last year highest was 32lpa and lowest was 2.8lpa (in campus) average was 4.8-6 lpa
- Campus placement is very low. big companies don't come for placement
Placement Experience:
After completing the 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placement there are many companies visits our campus Wipro, Capgemini and so on..last year highest packege was 32lpa and lowest 2.8lpa avg. 4.8-6 lpa( in campus) and 52 lakh highest packege (off campus)
I heard that about 40 to 50 % students got placed in campus

- The college environment Is very beautiful , situated near boundless tea gardens . The greenery surrounding the college is very soothing
- The teachers are very encouraging and assist the students whenever they come across any issue that they cannot overcome by themselves .
- The Computer Lab of our college has top-tier PCs with cutting edge technology and the most advanced hardware available on the market for sale
Dislikes
- The college gym equipment is old and obsolete
- There are wild animals running amok around the campus
- The college canteen food is sub par to put it mildly and honestly very grotesque
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards . Some of the companies that visit include TCS , Tech Mahindra, PineLabs, Microsoft, Amazon to name a few. Almost 70% of the students are able to secure a placement through the college with an average package of 2.5 to 6 lakhs with the highest package going upto 52 lakhs

- I like the faculties they are very friendly.
- College provides regular competition of tech.
- And it has nice campus, which has very much greenery which give good vibes

- Doing regular classes, it exhausts me physically.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placement by the start of 5th semester, you will get many internship by applying.
The companies visited this year is Tech Mahindra, TCS, Infosys.
Highest on campus placement was 14LPA by Infosys
Average on campus placement was 4-5LPA
Highest off campus placement was 51LPA by Microsoft
Percentage of students getting placed was about 70%
Many opt for higher studies

- Environment is very good for studies and also very healthy.
- The faculties are very good and will be very helpful.
- The placement group will be very helpful to get a placement here

- They need something like real world project , development for better placement.
- Once you placed in a company you can't apply for anyother companies
- There is nothing to say more in disliked because I feel that there is only 2 reasons that need to be improved.
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester you can apply for placement.
Capgemini, pentonix, p360, TCS, Amazon, Microsoft, informatica, bijus etc.
The heights avg package of our time is 27 lpa and the avg package is 5-6 lpa .
80% student was placed in 2023.

- Our college has a very vast campus and very neat clean atmosphere
- There Basketball , Cricket playground to play and be healthy
- Our professors and mentors are too friendly and very helpful
Dislikes
- The Placement is good but there should be more oppurtunites to get to work with the other companies
- College classes are very hectic to attend
- College fees is pretty expensive to afford
Placement Experience:
* from the 6th semester students can get any NOC and get a placement by a company
* companies like Infosys, Wipro and many other companies
* The highest package from last year is 51LPA(Microsoft), 26 LPA (Amazon) and the average package is 5-7 LPA
* over 50% get placement
* Get a job for backup and after having backup I will try to make something by my own

Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is quite average , in CSE they taught DBMS at 6th semester and the teachers are not so well educated. Many of them have m.tech degree. Their behaviour is not so good,it depends on individual. They don't have much more knowledge about the subject.

Dislikes
- Sometimes the front office takes a lot of your time for anything.
- Treating the new students as school students until the freshers of the 1st sem helds
- Should help us grow our clubs and groups.
Placement Experience:
After 6th sem, 3rd year the placement of students start. Many companies such as Wipro, P360, Amazon, Airtel etc visits our college. Last year highest package offered to our college student was 52 LPA. At an average 7-8 LPA jobs are offered also.
96% of students in your campus gets placed. I have also thought about a secure job opportunity from campus drive also.

- Faculty is supportive you'll get enough of help from them.
- Labs are fully equiped . You'll not face any problem in lab facility.
- Every semester we get a chance to lean new things through external trainers.
Dislikes
- they force student to come college even if they want to do something else.
- Not all Theory classes are good and the focus on their theaching not students leaning from them.
- Everyday 10-5 college with atleast one 3.15 hrs lab is very exhausting.
Placement Experience:
Student from 6th sem are eligible for placement . one company called p360 offered about 10-15 other companys are also there but i think they offered not more then 5-6.Highest Package is 36 LPA offered by Microsoft in offcampus. 30-40 percent usually gets placed but this year it may drop to 10-15 percent due to not hiring.My plan is to persue higher studies in AI .
