The faculty to student ratio in my department is 1:10 . There are 2-3 teachers for major subjects , 1 teacher for minors , and 1 teacher each for cvac 1,2 and aec subjects. The best faculties are from the Food and Nutrition department, extremely helpful and concerned about students. I have not yet given exams but there are only semester exams according to the CU, but teachers keep taking suprise test to assess the knowledge of students.

Insights of SNU

All our teachers are approachable. No one in our department is scared to ask doubts. Teachers in our department are highly educated and cooperative. I like all my faculties. I have enjoyed the classes of all my professors. We generally have continuous assesments for elective subjects. We don't have to sit for end sem for these subjects. Like we have projects, viva quiz presentation and attendance. But for the main subject we have to sit for the end sem exam obviously. Our teachers take at least two class test for these subjects. And then we have mid sems of 20 marks and at the end the semester exams. We also have practical exam. Viva exam is taken by the external.and the writing part is usually of 30 marks. And for the rest we have to conduct the experiment maybe not the full but as said

Campus Life, easy and fun.

Students are cooperative as well as the teachers, they help a lot.

The faculties are really awesome and friendly. They help us a lot in making projects and with our semester studys too, providing the best ways to get information and make notes, both online and offline. Semesters are also quite fine, excepts if you get invigilator from different departments cause that' might make a mess lol.

Campus Chronicles : Unveiling the True College Experience

The faculty -to- student ratio is good. The faculties which I have came across till date are very approachable and they are ready to help and guide you like a friend whenever you face problems; be it be in a moot court competition or a paper presentation they are there to help you and push you to give your full potential. Regarding exams we have a mid semester and end semester. Exams are easy and difficult as per your approach to them. If someone is regular, follows classes lectures, updated with the work they can easily score well in exams.

Days well spent.

There were a good number of faculty members. The teachers were easily accessible and were always ready to help. They used to help us in our projects, presentations, and even during exam time. Per semester, there are two exams ( mid-semester and end-of-semester). Teachers used to take weekly tests also.

Few faculties very and supportive during the whole tenure.

Dislikes

Faculties are changed continuously over time.

The student faculty ratio is ok but faculties are too much changing during the tenure. Few faculties are very much helpful and while few are not.In every sem there is two exam mid sem and end sem, exam is moderately tough.

The faculty teachers , experience , expertise the way they teach

The faculty teachers are very nice .we have about sixteen teachers in our faculty .they all are super nice towards us.the exam structure is mid semester exam In every three months and end semester exam in every six months
