The faculty's expertise in teaching, connecting with real-world and more practical knowledge in subjects or live projects or reports or internsships.

There are 50-60 faculties for about 1000 students , which is decent in number. Also the number of faculty continues to grow. The faculties are possessed with great knowledge both theortically and practically. They have strong education background from IITs, IIMs and other prestigious colleges of India. - First three years (Undergraduation): There are 2 semesters per year, In each semester there are two exams, MID-TERM EXAMS and END-TERM EXAMS. The level of difficulty is medium as it contains most of the parts covered by faculties in lectures. - Last two years(MBA): There are 3 semesters per year. Each with a MID-TERM and END-TERM exams. The marking scheme for every exam comprises of both the exams, presentation, project, assignment, quiz and class participation. The ratio is determined by each faculty of that particular subject. With relative grading system. There are around 2-3 % students who fail each year.

Faculty to students ratio is good. We have 2-3 faculty over a one subject. Something if there is short of faculty. The visiting faculty will come and teach us. Interaction with faculty is necessary coz the marking system has the 30% weightage of interaction.

Faculty shortage is a real concern when it comes to gaining valuable knowledge of IIM level.

Faculty to student ratio is good. The IIM Jammu faculty members have expertise in their fields and are interactive. However, the shortage of faculty members causes an issue as many subjects are taught by visiting faculty. Their pedagogy is different from the IIM style.

Ya so the faculties are quite qualified here and they have the knowledge of there field but at times the teaching method varies for different strength of students hence it becomes a bit complicated. They give proper course material and the structure is quite easy to understand as well. They interact in a way that solves the problem from deep level.
