Fees and Financial Aid:

The total fees for the course was around 15 -16 Lakhs in total. You are eligible for the full scholarshp if you are from the reserved category like SC ST and etc. The batch comprises of people from multiple academic background. Yes there is Merit cum need based financiall Assistance for students with more than 8 GPA in all semesters / merit based.

The course fee for MBA HA&HM for the session 2022-2024 was Rs. 13,20,000 for two years, divided into six terms and an additional Rs. 20,000 must be paid at the time of admission. IIM Jammu provides merit cum need basis scholarships for students who apply for it, and the CGPA eligibility would be seven or greater.

IIM Jammu Stats

The total College fees of IIM Jammu is 1715000 which includes the hostel fee. The mess fee is not included in the college fees and has to be paid on the monthly basis to the mess vendor. The mess fees is around 7500 per month other than that there is no addition fee except the personal expense of the student. I have limited knowledge about the scholarship provided by the IIM Jammu as they havent shared any knowledge about it.

IIM Jammu - College for new opportunities.

When I joind IIM Jammu (2023-2025), the course fees was 1725000 for two years. This fees includes all the expenses ranging from Tuition fees, Hostel Fees, Books fees, and other academic/non academic fees. But this fees has been increased and for the 2024-2026 bacth this fees has been raised to 1885000. So the fees has increased by around 9.27%. The increase is big in my opinion. IIM Jammu offers stipend to reseacrh sscholar which is 45000 per month. Additional allowances are also given to research scholars like Contingency allowance (40000 per year), purcahse of laptop (50000 one time allowance), and for attending national and international allowances (upto 200000). IIM Jammu offers campus placements for students. Students also have to do internship after the first year ends which is called the Summer Internship Placements (SIP). Currently I am pursuing SIP in Collegedunia which has offered me Management Trainee role in the Sales Department.

IIM Jammu

IIM Jammu MBA Course total Fees are 14,82,000 INR. This can be paid in 6 installments through the two years of study. In the first year, we had to pay 2,47,500 INR per installment. In the second year, it was 2,52,000 INR per installment. I also had to pay a caution deposit of 20,000 during my admission, which was later refunded by the college. There are scholarship opportunities provided by the college as well as private organizations. The college also lets you take Education loans from banks or any other financial institution to support your studies.

The total academic fee for the first year including the tuition fee, IT and Computer fee, Library fee, academic support fee, hostel expenses, student welfare activity and medical insurance is INR 7,38,500. The caution deposit of INR 20,000 should be paid at the time of admission.

Total fees for our batch is 1380000/- They have scholarships for Reserved category students ( central Government Scholarship ). Also, they provide financial assistance based on merit if you follow certain criteria.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fee structure is relatively less expensive as compared to most of the other IIM ( approx. 2.4 lacs per term). Scholarships and financial assistance are also given to those who want to avail it.( depending upon yearly salary and category). Campus placements are as good as any other iim out there. ( except the top 3-4 )

Loans are easily available for IIMs and get sanctioned within a week's duration. The college also provides merit based scholarship but that can be availed in the second year of the study.
