The faculty's expertise in teaching, connecting with real-world and more practical knowledge in subjects or live projects or reports or internsships.
There are several clubs and committees that have their own functions and helps the students to upskill in terms of communication, team work, leadership, creativity, adaptibility etc.
Opportunities to interact with other colleges and industry experts through competitions or webinars etc.

Dislikes

The fee structure is too high especially for undergraduate programs.
Sometimes it become too hectic that we cannot find time for our personal other works.

Internships Opportunities:

As a part of our course structure, we need to complete a soial internship of 1 month at end of our third semester and a Corporate Internship of 2 months at end end of fourth semester. For this many comapnies come with offer such as GMR, HCL, Kotak Foundation, NSDC, Microsoft, KPMG, Apollo, Tata Steel etc. There are several soles such as data analyst, Research and Impact, LRM and content, CSR etc. Along with these, we are also provided with amny live projects auch as from Art of Living, Triedge, Cry foundation etc. There are some companies that offer stipened around Rs. 10,000. Again it depends upon the company.

Also, we are required to go under a compulsory internship program after our third and fourth semester, that is social and corporate internship respectively. College provides 100% placements. The committee ensures that the students get placed in the best organizations with good package. We also have the option of outsourcing. However, with the record until now college placements have been good with the highest package being 65LPA.

Campus life, as the college is made up of student from different background and culture.
Classroom, as its equipped with cutting edge technological equipment's
Infrastructure, As it has the spread over a large area along with dedicated building for each department

Dislikes

Mess Food, as the quality of the food is not upto the mark and sometimes insects are also found in the meal.
Placement process, The placement process is not upto the mark.
faculty, they are rude to the students with lot of the incident happened in the college

Internships Opportunities:

Lot of Companies are apporached for the Intership providing the different roles in the different sector. This help the students to get the exposure of the industries they are intrested in. Moreover the internship period is over 2 months.

I like the infrastructure of college. Also I like the natural natural beauty which surrounds the campus.

Dislikes

Still the college is in development, so there are teething issues. A lot of construction is going on so there is lot of dust in the college.

Internships Opportunities:

College offers wide range of internship opportunities for the students. Various companies like V Guard, Collegedunia, ACH Mgt., L & T, Google came for the SIP process. Average stipend is 55000 for 2 months. I got SIP in collegedunia as a Mgt. Trainee in the Sales Department.

The campus is very beautiful,the peers who will get here are very interactive & helpful.You will get to enjoy your college life.
Infrastructure is also good being the new IIM ,the construction is commendable.The campus is wonderful.
Placement for fresher as well as workex is good.There are numerous companies coming for placements with good roles as well as packages.

Dislikes

The location is far from the city so this is a hinderance as sometimes we have to travel alot for shopping & romaning here & there.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario in IIM is at par.Placements for summer internship starts just after one month after joining.And for the final placement it usually starts since the beginning of 2nd year.There a n no. of companies which has visited IIMJ few of them are Microsoft, Deloitte, EY,De'shaw,V-guard, Mahindra, Havells,etc.The offer is made for roles like sales & marketing,product management,finance,supply chain,consulting & many more.The highest package varies every year last year it was 64 lpa & average is 15 lpa.There is 100% placement for students.Placement is still good although market is not in a good condition.

Social Life is really vibrant with enough happening to keep you engaged for the duration of the course.
These will be some of the best times of your life. You will definitely cry at the time of leaving the campus.

Dislikes

Old Hostels can be a bit of a problem but with the new campus this issue won't be there.
It can get a little hectic sometimes. But keep breathing it will pass.
It can get a little too competitive sometimes.

Internships Opportunities:

Companies like ICICI, Schindler, Optum, HDFC, Zycus, etc., were hired for summer internships. Projects change depending on the industry and the need of the company. One will get to learn a lot through the internship experience.

IIM Jammu is a baby IIM because it is established after 2011. The IIMs which are established after the year 2011 are known as Baby IIMs. This list includes IIM Bodygaya, IIM Kashipur, IIM Trichy, IIM Nagpur, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Vizag, IIM Sirmaur as well.

IIM Jammu Placements 2023 concluded with 100% Placements. A total of 126 recruiters participated in the placement among which 59 were new recruiters. 246 offers were made to 233 participating students. Around 24 students were made multiple offers. IIM Jammu Average Package increased by 19% which stood at INR 16.5 LPA whereas IIM Jammu Highest Package stood at INR 64 LP. The fee per year is INR 9.4 Lakhs at IIM Jammu. IIM Visakhapatnam Placements 2023 was concluded with 100% placements. IIM Vizag's average package increased by 10.29% at INR 16.61 LPA whereas IIM Vizag's highest package stood at INR 32.65 LPA. 17% of the total number of students (193 students) received dual offers. The fee per year for the MBA course is INR 9.25 Lakhs? at the IIM Vizag.
