Why it’s best than others

Likes

Classroom are fully farnished with full ac and WiFi
Teacher are good in teachings and method are really interesting how they explaik
While doing course you will be getting a chance of paid internships

Dislikes

Collage as no ground where student can play
No canteen where student can go and sit for while
Collage is in between the market the environment is noisy due to that

Placement Experience:

5 semesters student get the opportunity for the placement. There are many companies like tata amazon flipkart Toyota godrej daikin etc 5 6 offers 6lakhs and offer was form the banking sector. 90% student get the placement. My plan is to study MBA after getting degree

Likes

Behaviour of Faculties members are so calm and they talk politely with students
Holidays are Also given for important festivals or occasions.
Studies are also done well by faculties.

Dislikes

College should organize Events regularly.
Classes time will extend as per faculties suggest.
Recognition and certification for Students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams Gap are fine few days are comfortable for the students who are studying from starting . Exams time are of 3 hours written .BBA influenced me because I want to involve myself in Management Course.

The insights and truth of Ilead College.

Likes

There is a placement program in which we have to attend a 2 hoir class once every week to develop our skills to get the best placement, that is something I really like about the college.
We have a weekly class lf foreign language and it's free of cost, we can either learn German or french.
The teachers here in Ilead are really good, they are good in thier fields and they improvise quite well.

Dislikes

We don't get a proper notification regarding the fee submission, it's something which I reported to the college too.
The college doesn't provide any internship program. I'm in 2nd year and it haven't received one yet. All they give is some sponsored fake looking and paid internships

Placement Experience:

The college does provide us placements and I have heard from the seniors that we shouldn't completely rely on the placements. The average placement is about 3,50,000 per annum. And the highest package for BBA was 15lpa secured by a student. The college separates the students who really want the placement from the ones who don't want it. And then focus on the ones who need placement to work on them and on their skills. The college says they provide 100% placement assistance.

The environment is good supportive helpful
Most of the teachers are helpful and polite
College is very affordable and good in CCA also

Dislikes

Office teachers are not supportive they are rude
Campus is bit small college should think about ground and canteen

ILead- Dream destination for your dream

Likes

The college life is filled with events. Almost everyday ILead hosts events encouraging students to participate.
The environment at iLead is extremely homely as I feel nothing but comfortable and calm when I enter the college.
The college does not have any strict rules for the students. The minimal rules applied for everyone are the ones that are extremely necessary to build up our discipline.

Dislikes

I disliked the fact that some professors are extremely arrogant and disrespectful towards students without a valid reason.
The college cafeteria is extremely overpriced and it's better to stay hungry
The college faculty don't upload the attendance on time which makes it difficult for students to plan their schedule accordingly.

Placement Experience:

The college provides an average salary of 3.5 lakh. Students have received great placement offers from many reputed companies like Wipro, Airtel, Jio, Axis Bank, Byju's, Godrej and many more. My plans after getting the degree are to get a job to help gain an experience and pursue MBA after 2 years at the job.

How faculty are teaching us that's really good
When we don't understand any particular topic if we told them we don't understand they repeat again
Placement what college giving it's really really good

Dislikes

College timing college it's should be reduced
Playground are not so big college should be focus on it
Hostel canteen food are really bad have to improve on it

The Faculty is linient and hardworking they always try to help the students any way possible
The building is separated into two parts for MBA and BBA.
The Location of the college is nice. It is in Salt Lake, so not very far for Corporate buildings

Dislikes

Their is only one faculty in for both MBA and BBA
The ground is not open for college students most of the time
Sometimes the washroom runs out of soap which to me very unhygienic and problematic

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teaching methods of different faculty members are different. But most importantly if any student gets trouble into understanding a certain topic they are flexible into teaching them new ways. In this matter the faculty are great

Likes

The faculty is helpful in a lot of ways and at times. They guide us perfectly.
The infrastructure is pretty good, good for engaging in sports.
It has different clubs for different activities.

Dislikes

75 percent Attendance is mandatory for everyone.
Classrooms get heated up during summers in the city.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered but only a few get in which is very less. From 120 bba students only around 20 get placements which is not good compared to other colleges having BBA course. The placements can get better.

I like the Futsal arena it is well maintained and fun to play
The seminar hall are good and well maintained
The gym is very nice the college provides all the equipment

Dislikes

The volleyball court of the ground is not maintained
Ac should be provided in every classroom
The desk of the classroom is relatively smaller

The college ensure 100% placement.But the students should have the skills and a good marks that the company needs and also the students should be disciplined and should have a good communication skills
