MCA is now 2 years. It only has 4 sems so campusing starts from its 2nd sem. It's a Lil bit early but college will help you a lot to train you and support you with lots and lots of placement-related classes. a lot of reputed companies came and a lot of students were placed in MNCs. I was a moderate level student and I also got placed in a reputed in MNC.

From the starting of 2nd year in MCA all the students are eligible for the placement as per the eligibility criteria and our college also provides a lot of help related to any of the placement scenarios.

I think a good college is judged by the excellency of a faculty member. So don't expect any kind gestures or emergent help from our department otherwise they are well qualified. But they teach us in a different way they will come to give presentations, teach and leave. Teachers are not punctual according to their own routine. The class routine is very dynamic and changes regularly as one faculty member manages other departments too. If you ask honestly to share my experience it's actually pathetic, not gonna lie but there are certain faculty members who are hypocrites because they don't follow any of their own commitments or announcements. Teachers like Saswati Ghosh, Soma Chatterjee Ghosh, Soumen Santra are worthy of mentioning, as you will get such terrific experience from them.

When you reached on the 3rd SEM then you are eligible for placement and IT industry may be possible hired you and provide the package of rs 2.5LPA - 3.5LPA it will depend on the skills and knowledge as well as the performance in entrance exam in interview.

Most the time IT company's hired the students and the expected growth in 2021 is 2.3% rate. Mostly company like Byjus, NIIT, GENUS POWER etc visit in this campus and the salary slab will belong to 2.5LPA to 4 LPA.

From the 2nd semester, companies start to visit the campus for hiring. There are a lot of IT companies that visit every year like TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, Infosys, and a lot more. The highest package that one of my seniors to was 7 LPA and the average is 3.5 LPA. around 80% to 90% of students get placed with a decent package. I will sit in the interviews and probably get a job.

All semester students also have WB JEE rank. Provide placement avg package 5 lacs per annum, all the students are placed. 80% placement record last batch. After getting the degree I will do Job or business.

There is an awesome wave for placement exams as soon as I entered the final year got placed in 3 companies and many of my friends got placed in multiple companies. IBM ACCENTURE TCS CAPGEMINI BYJUS HEXAWARE JOSH many more.

From the 4th semester we got placement offers but only exam link,s not anything else. Some unknown like Ardent Group of Companies, PCS global etc. highest 6lakh and lowest 3 lakh. 60% and above got placement offers. Try to start a business.

From last semester students become eligible for campus placement. TCS, Wipro, CTS, and many more big and small companies are visited for recruitment from here. They offer packages like 5lpa,6lpa,7lpa, etc. The highest package I think is 9lpa and the average package I think is 4lpa. At least 70% of students are placed here. I have planned to get a job after getting the degree.
