Worse placement and worse ROI. Worst companies come.
Placement Experience:
Very bad placements. They show that the avg package is around 6-7 lacs but it is not true. The avg package is around 3-4 lacs and it is very bad according to the fees they cahrge from a single student.
college was very chill and in relaxed and slow paced which is definitely a green flag for a student for stress free life.
faculty were awesome and few of them are very relaxed and not that stressed and bored to teach you new things.
infrastructure is very astonishing and overall campus design is awesome.
Dislikes
not good management and overall mis communication within departments
few faculties were very rude and having there pseudo presence in classrooms
fees are very high which don't suits it.
Placement Experience:
placements are not that good for BBA students as it is very unpopular course among job market I myself was offered with very low placement offers maximum placements were from marketing domain so if you're opting for marketing or sales then it will be worth for you.
I always wanted to do something in business that's why.
Faculty: student ratio is 50:50
As such I don't know about the faculty qualification but they were really well educated
in every semester we had twice exams one was mid-term and the other were the end terms
UPES have a good placement opportunities in their campus.
The faculty members are highly knowledgeable and have expertise in their fields.
UPES have very good campus with all the facilities like sports, infrastructure, open campus etc.
Dislikes
The fees at UPES is relatively high compared to other universities, which may be a challenge for some of students.
The campus is located in the outskirts of the city and because of that it is inconvenient for students who prefer to live in the city.
Placement Experience:
My college has a good placement opportunity for the students and the average package of students is six lakh.
Students become eligible for campus placement from the 5th semester of their courses.
A lot of companies have visited our campus like Reliance Industries, KPMG, ONGC, Amezone etc. I don't know about the number of offers they made because universities keep this thing in person.
On average more than 80% of students get placed in my university.
After getting the degree from UPES I will take placement from the campus and will work in a company for two years of work experience and then I will apply for my MBA.
The jobs they provided sounded reasonable along with a good reputation. Since, Dehradun has many relatives, I was able to get hold of the things swiftly. I've spent two years in college and the personality enhancement gained throughout the tenure was commendable. UPES certainly has many opportunities for students to elevate in all regimes but it's up to you if you want to grab it and make the most out of it.
