UPES BBA Fees
The total academic fee for the BBA programme at UPES for AY 2026-27 ranges from Rs. 12.49 Lakhs to Rs. 13.99 Lakhs depending on the specialisation, comprising tuition fees and academic service fees across 6 semesters. The core BBA specialisations (Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations) are priced at Rs. 12.49 Lakhs total academic fee, while some newer specialisations may be priced higher. In addition to the academic fee, students are required to pay one-time and annual charges including the PDC fee, Training and Certification fee, Alumni fee, Convocation fee, Technology fee, and a refundable security deposit. Hostel accommodation is optional and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

- The refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is interest-free and returned at the end of the programme.
- Hostel accommodation is optional and not mandatory.
- It is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Girls-only double-sharing rooms with attached washroom are available at Rs. 2,32,000/year (Bidholi Campus).
- An additional interest-free refundable hostel security of Rs. 10,000 is payable at the time of hostel registration.
- PDC fee is payable in two instalments: half at the time of admission and the remaining half in the penultimate semester.
- Technology fee for subsequent years will be communicated along with semester fees.
- Fee payment schedule for AY 2026-27: Semester 1 at the time of admission; Semester 2 by January 2, 2027; Semester 3 by July 10, 2027; Semester 4 by January 2, 2028; Semester 5 by July 10, 2028; Semester 6 by January 2, 2029.
- UPES follows UGC guidelines for fee refunds.
