NIT Bhopal has been equipped well, keeping in mind the needs of the students, staff and faculty. According to Surendra Bose, an NIT Bhopal BTech student, the institute has good infrastructure, serene location, and a properly functioning administration. The college has a sports complex, a good place for sports enthusiasts. However, senior-junior interaction is a bit tense on campus. - Students are allowed to practise their own religious beliefs only within their allotted hostel rooms, without causing any inconvenience to other hostel residents.
- Mandatory routine medical tests and psychographic profiling of students will be done by the medical staff and the counsellor, within a stipulated time.
