Manit bhopal student review

Likes

The location of the campus is in the middle of the city which is quite good as it is easy to get things here
The mess is run by the students thats why the food quality is good

Dislikes

The college is very big and some of the area of the campus is unused and wasted
The campus is very big thats why it takes very long to go from one place to another

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The year wise fees im paying is 55000 which includes everything like hostel, tution and medical fees the tutuon fees is free for sc/st students admission fees was 15000 the fees for a general category student is nearly 2 lakh For MP students you have scholarship like mmvy and students of tother state can avail thier respective state scholarship, for mmvy you need to have above 85% in 12 th and for mp board student it is above 75% in 12 th

Comprehensive college life

Likes

The sports facilities available in the college campus are top notch and really great more over the sports faculty are very supportive full stop you just any two come everyday regularly and you can avail a lot of opportunities for sports competitions.
The first of the college are really great you finexpect one really good breakfast every semester moreover they are other functions and small festival celebrations going on throughout the year. It's very engaging and the great way to socialize .

Dislikes

The campus is a little too big and sometimes it can be tiresome to walk around from one place to another.
Libraries are not open for 24×7. Although study rooms and plenty of books are available.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

I am an OBC ncl student having income criteria above 5 lakhs . The fee structure is divided into categories mainly above 5 lakhs, 1-5 lakhs, below 1lakhs. My heart tuition fees is 172000, hostel fees is 30000-35000, mess fees is 25000. All in all total 900000 . Moreover you can avail scholarship either state government or any other. You may also apply for education loan from local SBI .

Likes

The infrastructure is something that need to improve for such a big named institute
Overall placement is good teacher need to focus more on the project parts

Dislikes

The management is something to more focus on.
Mess food quality is somewhere need to focus as hygiene comes from that

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The yearly fees I paid with no scholarship in my hands is 2 lakh rupees. The tution fees for the college 124000. Hostel fees is 20000 and mess fees is 54000 yearly. The categories fees are different than mine which I have no idea. Scholarship like mmvy ffe and reliance is more famous scholarship among students

Likes

Campus is very green so many trees is been grown in college. Whenever I wake up I feel frees just like I am on a vacation trip, college is on the top of a plateau that's why whole bhopal can be seen from hostel roof.
Electric bus facility is started which made us easy to reach to classes on time and the busses is fully air condition

Dislikes

College is very big to if the busses is on holiday it is very difficult to reach to market by walk
Girls night time is 10 pm after that no girls is allowed to roam in college paths.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

I am currently in 5th semester. My family income is below 1 lakh rs. The first semester college fees I paid is 21000 and hostel fees is 20500. And the 2nd semester institute fees I paid is 8000 along with 15500 hostel fees. 3rd, 4th and 5th semester fees is same as 2nd semester fees chart. My caution fees is 5000 Rs, development fees is 2500rs, medical fees is 400, library fees is 500.

Actually I like greenery so this campus meets with what I want.
The new infrastructure was quite good with a very big sport's complex.

Dislikes

Some teachers don't teach well in the classroom.
This campus is very big so we need to walk if we Miss the bus

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The overall fess of one semester for the students having more than 7lpa income is around 150000 (including hostel fees). And for the students having 3-5lpa family income they have 75% of 150000 and for the students having family income less than 1 lpa they have to pay 25000 ( only they have to pay hostel fees , tuition fees was 0 ) . For Home state students they got a Scholarship name MMVY.

The campus is very giant of 650 acres and the campus is lush green specially in the monsoon it is the best you can get.
The heritage that this college possess is invaluable. it was established in 1959 .

Dislikes

There are some areas which can be utilised more efficiently but are not used
Not specialised branch option in not available

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

I belong from sc category so there is no academic fees ,but yes there is hostel fees and mess fees which is 47000 for hostel and 27500 for mess per year. There are plenty of scholarship to opt for like nsp or state scholarship and there are many private scholarship also.

College is like a home

Likes

campus is lush green and eco friendly and there facilities is enough good
college has descent coding culture and placement record of the college is also excellent

Dislikes

in the college 75% attendance is mandatory otherwise you will detain in the exams
Distance between departments and hostels is far and not much facilities of transportation

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The year wise fees is 75000 for whose parents income is below 1 lakh. Tution fees is 8000 per semester for whose parents income is below 1 lakh and 29000 for whose parents income is under 5 lakh There are some scholarship for different states for Madhya Pradesh medhavi is popular scholarship.

Insight to MANIT Bhopal

The campus size is good and the location is pretty good at as the college is situated between the city of Bhopal and the greenery around the campus
The training and placement cell is really good here

Dislikes

The most dislike thing about the college is the toxic junior senior conversation here the past rules have been prevail right now
Some of the hostels are really old and the infrastructure needs to be upgraded because the hostess do not get time to be renovated

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Talking about the fee structure in Maulana Azad National institute of technology the yearly fees for a general student lying above the category income of 5 lakh has to pay rs 141000 that is only the tuition fees and talking about the hostel fees for a single seater hostel like I am in 3rd year right now to for the room charges we have to pay 20000 500 which includes 100500 for the wholesale maintenance and 10000 for the room rent this is per semester so for a year it has to be 41000 the mess charges according to the mess according to the hostel are 27500 which is an yearly cost like if you pay in the semester you won't have to pay in the even semester so talking about the scholarship here on the basis of income category the fees has been divided so for the general or OBC students who lie in 1-5 lakh income category have to pay 57668/- for the entire year . The students belonging to SC/ST and below 1 lakh income category have to pay 16000/- for the entire year

Infrastructure and Greenery of the college is very good
It have a nice coding culture which is beneficial for students from other branches from cs to get job in It companies

Dislikes

Mess food is sometimes very bad and sometimes it is very unhygienic
Ragging is a very big issue in the college but now it is decreasing

The Academic fee of the college of 1 semester is 88900 of a General category student whose income is above 5 lakh .And hostel fee is 18000 for double occupancy hostel. For scholarship you have medhavi for mp students whose income is less than 6 lakhs and you have a scholarship named nsp for obc candidates below 5 lakh

The college is very big with the campus area of 650 acres.
Fest are organised, last year singer akhil sachdeva was invited by manit and the great business tycoon ashneer grover as well as ias Tanu jain

Dislikes

As it is very big campus, but bikes are not allowed which is a negative point, because we have to go toh class 1.5 km daily
Hostel food is not as good as expected, inspite of per semester mess fee of 13500, the food is not very good.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The overall tuition fee for single semester is 6776 for general EWS. The one time registration fee or admission fee is 17027. Other general category students have tution fee of 1 lac and obc, st, sc category have fee same as general EWS category, i.e. 6776.
