If you belong to a state such as Bihar or West Bengal: Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme – Avail up to 4 lakh loan at low interest. This scheme is available for residents of Bihar only West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme—Offers loans of 10 lakh. This is limited to citizens of West Bengal.
