Is MANIT Bhopal a good college for a B.Arch?

MANIT Bhopal is a good college for Architecture. But a college completely devoted to Architecture and Planning is a better choice. At such colleges, one has access to a strong alumni base. Apart from that, we get the right outlook for the field and a central library full of new architecture books. These colleges have digital labs with new architecture software. The crowd over there is completely devoted to the field of Architecture. These colleges organize dedicated seminars and guest lectures on Architecture and Planning. It is a huge boost to one’s self-esteem as an Architect in making. At NITs/state engineering colleges, our engineering friends receive placement one year ahead. But, one has an almost negligible chance of campus placement. SPA/CEPT won’t offer placements either, but this won’t be as demoralizing. Their strong alumni network allows us the chance to work in a firm through a senior’s recommendation. Thus, I would recommend you opt for SPA, CEPT, or other Architecture colleges for your B.Arch.

Which is good for a B.Arch: SPA Bhopal or MANIT Bhopal?

As far as academics are concerned, SPA Bhopal is better in my opinion. This is backed by the fact that SPA Bhopal requires higher JEE Paper 2 ranks for admission into its B.Arch program. Additionally, SPAs are dedicated to Architecture and Planning studies. So they have a higher branch value in the field of Architecture. Now, MANIT Bhopal is also a good college. One advantage is that it is located in Bhopal city. On the other hand, SPA Bhopal is located on the city outskirts. For branch value, join SPA Bhopal. But for a better exposure to city life and the associated advantages, join MANIT Bhopal.

About MANIT

Fees and Financial Aid:

the semester fees for B.Arch students set for is 80400. it is important to note that students belonging to ST /SC are exempt from this fees, they have to have only hostel and mess fees. And for EWS, there is a 25000 fee per semester, and those who have an income of less than 1 lakh don't need to pay a fee.

MANIT OR MACT

Student tution fees for obc is 21000 per sem,hostel fees is 18000 for all, examination fees is 1500 then mess fees is 27500 per year.total fees for sem adding all fees except mess is approx 53000.so yearly fees is 1 lac. Except fees the main charges are for stationary and printouts

MANIT is quite lively among other NITs

If we talk about the fee structure EWS and reserved Quotas have to pay only 7000 per sem, income category between 1lac to 6lac pays 27,500 approximately and 6lac above pays 69000 approximately. There are many scholarship programs mostly availed by only the state students and I think that's a bit unfair. There's no such placement in architecture but everyone gets well placed because of the reputed institution.

Barch in MANIT

Tuition fees does not hike way too much For 1 lpa family income and st/sc: it is 3-4k a sem For 5 lpa family income it is 7-8k For above that it is 70k, which is way too much for a semester considering its less than 10k for others Hostel for a sem is 30k approx, don't know the exact amount There is some financial aid for financial backward groups and st sc students, gov schemes some people I know have also received help After the course less than 20 percent would get a decent enough pay

Honest and simple

In the starting of every semester you have to pay the whole semester fee. There are three categories on the basis of income 1.below 1 lakh 2.brw 1to 5 lakhs 3. Above 5 lakhs there is huge concession is the fee for the first two categories and no concession for the third category belonger. Placements in tech is quite good about 80 to 90 percent.

About MANIT Bhopal

when you enter in the college admission process is followed by100000 rupees which will later be adjusted in your semester fees. tution fee varies according to your family income but hostel fee is 15500 per semester and mess fees is 25000. You can get benefit of different scholarships like MMVY, MPTAAS, NSP.

Glowing Hope in MANIT

As my Parents Annual income is less than 1 Lakh, so I haven't payed any Tution Fees. I payed Rs. 51,000 for Hostel Fees and Rs. 25,000 for Mess Fees for first year. I haven't applied for any Scholarship Programmes.

Amazing life in MANIT

The fee structure is based on your family income so it is affordable to everyone. You can apply for a number of scholarships and financial aid, plus they provide quality internships. There are national scholarships.

MANIT Bhopal (from a student point of view.)

This is a central gov. institute and institute of National Importance. Hence you have not worried about fees. fees are hiked only if there is a notification from the central government. The cost of the study is average. if your family income comes under 2 lakhs your tuition fee is completely waived by the institute. Still, you have to pay a registration fee of 7126 rs per semester. The hostel fee per semester is 18000 for 2 occupants per room, and a fee of 12000 for the mess. Over all, a total of 37126rs will be required per semester to study in this institute and in this course. All the major scholarships are available like scholarships through the National Scholarship portal, and scholarships from the state government. like from MP gov. medhavi chhatravriti yojana. For undergrad courses, there is no financial assistance and in your 3rd year onward you can sit for campus placements.
