Architecture student life at MANIT Bhopal

The curriculum of this course is quite good. We get to learn about each aspect related to field of architecture. But somehow it feels like outdated. It should be renewed according to the new technologies which have evolved in the current industry. Other wise the curriculum focuses on quality education

Campus life is very good. Its a huge campus of 650 acres with all facilities. There are many types of events happening whole academic year. Technical fest - Technosearch Cultural fest - Maffick Have a huge well functioning sports complex with football, basketball, tennis, badminton, table tennis courts. NCC is also there is our campus and we can serve for them if we want

I applied for SPA Delhi prior to NIT bhopal. But i love to be pwrt of this college as it has a national importance. And this is the only NIT in my state. It also has a very good reputation around the around the city. It also has a good alumni connection which helps in good exposure

The faculties here are very good. They have a good knowledge about their subject and experience also. The faculties teaching methods are very good. Faculties are approachable and we can share our problems with them whenever we want. There are three exams in every semester: Mini test - 10 marks Mid term - 50 marks End term - 80 marks

There is a gym in the sports campus but it is overcrowded because of so many students. So most students prefer to join gym outside campus. There are nes cafe small canteens outside the academic building and there are so many shops and small restaurants near the hostels where we can eat, chill and relax. There are some shops which have stationery, laundry services and Xerox but we need to pay for them. Academy building also have library and a study space and there are a good collection of books inside. But we need a library card for issue of the book. But talking about the nightlife, girls are not allowed to move out of their hostels after 10:00 p.m. and for the boys, only first years are restricted from going outside after 10:00 p.m. afterwards you can roam around whenever you want.
