RKDF University Info

RKDF University Admissions 2026

RKDF University offers admission to its various courses based on merit in past qualifying exams. The university also accepts national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, CUET, CAT, and XAT for granting admission to various courses. However entrance exam score is not mandatory for the admission process.

Candidates need to apply online for registration of admission through the university website link rkdf.ac.in/admissions in various courses available for admission.
The candidate must fill out all the entries of the online application form and pay INR 1000.
Only a completely filled application in all respect shall be considered for further process of admission.
The counseling and further admission process for the online/ offline application received will be carried out as per the schedule by the university.
The selected candidates as merit list shall report to University campus for completing the remaining formalities of admission & allotment to admission committee, along with the original documents required.
The candidate can pay either full or partial course fees at the time of reporting for admission at constituent institution or the teaching department of University through bank or online mode only.

RKDF University Scholarships 2025

The University offers various scholarships to deserving and needy students. A few of the popular scholarships available for RKDF University students are given below-

1. Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana, Madhya Pradesh

This scholarship is for those students who have passed their 12th with 75% or more from the state board and 85% or more from CBSE/ICSE.
The annual income should not exceed INR 6 Lakhs.
If the candidate is an engineering student, then their JEE Mains Rank should be till 50,000 or less.
Medical or dental students should have cleared their NEET exam.
Law students should have cleared their CLAT exam and got into NLU.
Should be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh.

2. Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for OBC Students, Madhya Pradesh

The students belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC) who are studying at the post-secondary level can apply for the scholarship.
The annual income of the family should be less than INR 75,000 (for 100% scholarship).
The annual income of the family should be up to INR 1,00,000 (for a 50% scholarship).

The BBA course curriculum is well structured and designed.
RKDF College host several events that keep different life, lively and interactive annual fest, dance, fashion show and celebrity performance technical fest organised in this Collage
The faculty 2 is to ratio in the BBA course is pretty well balance. Some professors are very experienced and knowledgeable in their subjects and they have expertise in their role.

The VGO curriculum is well structured and designed to provide a strong foundation in business administration. It covers essential subjects like finance, marketing, human resources, operations, management, and entrepreneurship, making it live for both industry roles and higher academic pursuits like MBA certification reasons for choosing selected this course for it to be multifaceted because it entails aspects of the theoretical knowledge and implementation in real world business scenarios, case, studies, project, work and inter internship integral component, state really shaped my choice towards this course.

Fees of the course per year and various scholarship available in the college

maybe at RKDF university is a three-year programme spread over six semester, whereby there would be about 36 subjects, and six subjects for each semester fee structures depend on the specialisation with at least 25,000 a year for BBA 30,000 in hotel management, the total course fee for BBA is 25,000 per year that covers tuition fee 20,000 admission and registration, which is one time of charge 5000 and Library and exam lab and miscellaneous charges of 5000 in case decide to stay in the hostel mess, there will be extra 6000 per month. The Institute offer special fee, concision and scholarship for particular particular categories. OBC students are given as a scholarship of 30,000. While SCST students are given 80,000 financial assistant. Best scholarship are also offered to students with high entrance exam which decrease the total burden of cost. Government scholarship are also offered to the students from economically weaker section and some corporate sponsored financial programs, support, deserving students. These benefits, insure education, education remain affable with still retaining 20 learning and industry exposure.

my experience in RPF Collage has been an awesome and amalgam of Academy extra curricular activities and so on, hence campus life here is always thrilling and vibrant the collage gives various opportunities to student student plant classrooms through festivals, clubs and sports activities, annual and technical festivals. RPT of College host several events that keep student life, lively, and interactive like annual fest, cultural extravaganza, featuring Music dance, fashion show and celebrity performances, inter College competitions in singing, drama, and creative art, A technical also.

Students view on faculties

I to Student BBA force is pretty balanced so attention to student is appropriate most approachable and which makes the learning experience interacting. They ask Swin to ask questions for the removal of doubt, and they can even talk about certain industry related topics to finance practical knowledge, some professors are very experience. They have Expertise in their role and they are very knowledgeable in their subject. They bring real world example into discussions, making the concept easier to understand. Some faculties are not as engaging and certain subjects can be a bit monotonous.

Why students choose this college over any other college?

Choose PDF College over other colleges because of it balance approach to academic affordability and decent placement opportunities. Though I explode many of the infrastructure, faculty, expertise, and industry connections that helped student to gain practical exposure through there were some better colleges in reputation or faculty, they were quite expensive. KT was providing education at an affable price with no compromise on core learning problem in getting admissions. In other colleges, I had applied to a few more college but I couldn't due to some reason reasons Nike higher cut off some colleges, have history based admissions and felt shot by a few marks.

Because the location of college not had too many options but if you have a your own vehicle then you can visit lakes view , Minal shopping street, manubhavan tekri not lit as it is in places like Mumbai or Bangalore, but the students still have a lot of opportunities to enjoy after a long classes.

Student life at rkdf university

Admission:

I selected RKDF University to study a BBA program because it offers relatively inexpensive fees of 20000 per year has reasonable quality of faculty and the curriculum is also more organized compared to other colleges I was checking to attend RKDF offered a significantly lower cost for a curriculum with comparable course content while some of the colleges I considered offered much better exposure to industry and placement opportunities they also had much higher fees

The campus has classrooms library and computer lab which provide an effective way to learn

Dislikes

Even though the university has some decent facilities maintenance and cleanliness could be better
There is less culture and sporting events than at large universities

Admission:

I selected RKDF University because of the inexpensive fees 20000 every year and easy admission procedure the faculty is decent compared to other colleges but the placement is average the infrastructure is basic and practical learning can be improved the admission is merit based and requires 45 to 50 percent for the 12th grade student and you can apply online or offline directly

Dislikes

Not much is going on in campus life cultural and sports events are scarce
Document clearance and approvals take a long time and could be very frustrating

Admission:

I chose RKDF University primarily due to its fees of 20,000 as BBA fees and because the admission process is simple though the faculty and the curriculum are respectable the college lacks proper placements and very little practical exposure compared to others other universities had better internships but they raised the prices college admission is easy only a 12 grade mark sheet and fee payment required

Processes like fee submission exam registration and document verification sometimes take longer than expected

Admission:

RKDF college was chosen to start with because of its comparatively much lower fees easy admission process and good faculty than other colleges it was an easy admission process no entrance exam and based on Class 12 marks colleges with better placement and industry exposure exist but RKDF happens to be a highly affordable one with a structured curriculum that includes significant Information Technology subjects I could not make it into more competitive colleges due to high cut-offs

The university provides internship opportunities seminars and guest lectures which help in gaining real world business insights

Dislikes

While some rooms and laboratories require the introduction of modern equipment the most basic facilities are available
Compared to other universities there are barely a few business clubs and events that offer less opportunity for networking and skill building competition

Admission:

I chose Rkdf university, Bhopal because of the lesser fees straightforward admission procedures and reasonably good faculty Rkdf in contrast to other universities charges a lower tuition fee of 21,000 annually

A good campus life is available with student clubs programs and extracurricular activities such as personality, development, and networking

Some students mention that while the infrastructure is in place It ought to be maintained better especially the hostels, Wi-Fi and common areas

I opted for RKDF university on account of the inexpensive fee structure and good BBA program it has good faculty with an excellent balance of academics and extracurriculars on the campus compared to other colleges I had applied to this was much more affordable and still kept good infrastructure

RKDF University Bhopal BA + L.L.B is offered as 5 Years Full Time program, with total intake of 60 seats. The minimum eligibility criteria for BA + L.L.B is 10+2 with 45%. The total fees for RKDF University Bhopal BA + L.L.B is INR 1.25 Lakhs for the complete course duration. AILET 2026 exam date has been revised to December 14, 2025, for admission to BA LLB (Hons) and LLM programs. AILET 2026 registration will be available @nationallawuniversitydelhi.in from August 7 to November 10, 2025.

RKDF University has not released its official placement report for 2025; however, as per the latest NIRF data available, the median package for PG (1-year) course is INR 4.40 LPA, and INR 4.20 LPA for PG (2-year) course in 2024. The median package for these courses was INR 1.75 LPA and INR 3.25 LPA, respectively, in 2023. Over 710 students out of 819 eligible PG students got placed during the placement drive 2023-24 at RKDF University. The number of PG students placed during 2022-23 placement drive was 226 out of 577 eligible students.

The MCA course at the college is offline and full-time. Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time MCA Program should have passsed in BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
