It provides practical learning for every course you opted

Manipal lacks behind when it comes to provide the child an academic environment.
Drug and alcohol is very easy available to students and its really a big minus here.
They have an unsaid criteria that you have to achieve 7.5 gpa minimum for placements.

LGBTQ Shity ass things, few immature people
Few old age teachers, The strict rules and regulations
Course Curriculum Overview:
I was more interested in this course, so that is the reason why chose this course. And at the same time my university is providing the Coursera at free of cose which is more benificial, and the exams are extremely difficult

Dislikes
Some of the infrastructure are yet to be built , which has been bad for the early batches but as of now (2024)
Placement Experience:
As of now the college hasn't had its first placement batch since it's been started since only three years, but it should mostly be in par with its parent college MAHE,manipal.
Bengaluru being an IT hub is also promising for internship and placement opportunities.
Overall the placements should be good enough as said by the management but the reality is yet to be seen .( As of 2024)
Positives - good faculties, good infrastructure, hostel is very secured , crowd is decent and well mannered.
Hostel food in mit is better than most of the hostels in bangalore
Time table for college is more convenient and has more freedom compared to other bangalore college
Dislikes
Hostel curfew is only till 9:30 , find of 500 rs will be imposed if arrived late after 9:30
No PG/ APARTMENTS. Within 3 km radius, bsf air force is right opposite to hostel so no highrise buildings.
No big complexes or shops nearby , small shops and majority of it being open land, which is pretty boring especially being 20kms away from the city and curfew being 9:30 , we miss a lot of fun.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th semester (4th year ).
Companies like Bosch, Microsoft, tcs ,ibm etc visit for placements
Students eligible for placements should have minimum 6 GPA above based on company requirements .. for a good company u need an average of 7.5 cgpa.
My plans after getting degree is to work for some time and do MBA along with it .
World-class infrastructure. The buildings and hostels are very well built with multiple lifts and stairs. The class rooms are also well lit with air conditioners. Plenty of greenery around the campus as well. Everything is close by, so easy accessibi
Some staff members are great. They have passion for teaching. The college management is also extremely cooperative. They'll try their best to solve any issue that you're facing. There's also 0 ragging in our college.
Peer groups are amazing at the college. They also conduct many fests and events during the college years which is great. Alongside this they've also balanced the academics well with regular tests and exams.
Dislikes
Staff. As I said above, some of the staff members are good while the others are terrible with no knowledge of the subject whatsoever.
Exams conducted are on the tougher side. Also, barely any gap between exams and before exams.
Fees. The fees is extremely high. Although it does seem worth the money, it really isn't. Paying 5L per year really does take a toll on your family if you're not from a rich background
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements in 4th year. Our placements are centralised with the main Manipal Campus.
Plenty of great companies have visited, Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, etc

Dislikes
Large class sizes in the first year which makes the teacher student interaction rare.
Placement Experience:
The placements of manipal is generally considered to be better compared to other private colleges it is compared with. Although the recent placement season has not gone well as I've heard, but that is largely due to the ongoing recessions etc. but even after considering the high fee, it is worth it to join manipal for placement purposes.
the facilities were top class, and taken care of, as well as clean
study abroad and extra curriculums options were always available
very well located and everything is available
Dislikes
the tuition fees are relatively high in comparison
