Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) was established in 1953 in Manipal, Karnataka. Manipal University Admission 2024 is open for its UG and PG courses. Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. MAHE offers B.Tech (Regular+Lateral), B.Pharm, BBA, PharmD, B.Arch and BA (Media & Communication) at the Undergraduate level. At postgraduate level, it offers M.Sc (Medical), M.Sc (Nursing), ME, M.Tech, M.Pharm, Pharm. D (PB) and other M.Sc courses as well. In addition, Manipal University also offers M.Phil and PhD courses.

Admission:
I chose this college because of its great reputation and ranking also due to its great alumini networks form Satya Nadella . It has great faculty which guides to be ready for the future we going to face , also great accommodation which I think is hardly provided by any other private college with such minimal fees. I got into bits Goa campus but bits has a rule where you are suppose to score +75% in 12 th boards and scored around 73% as result I didn't get bits Goa . Admission process was very smooth and without any payment difficulties I was able to get to college
Likes
- Since it is located in the rural town of manipal, the air quality is nice
- It is mainly a college city so all the activities around are kept in consideration with the students in mind
Dislikes
- The connectivity is a little bit of an issue since the flights are only to major cities
- The rains. It rains a lot during the monsoons and sometimes it is unbearable
Admission:
1) The other college I applied to was VIT. I choose this over VIT since the intake was less in MIT giving an over all better student life . 2) I got rejected from DTU due to low marks in JEE Mains. My preparation was subpar and I could not make it. 3)The admission in MIT is very easy, they take their own entrance exam called MET which is far easier than the JEE exam. Students with low marks also can get certain streams .

- I liked the campus and the culture around very much and the facilities the college is providing.
- Labs and the academic section is well maintained and very professional.
Dislikes
- Teaching all subjects in the first year.
- 75% attendance criteria is kind of worst
Admission:
As per my ranking in all the entrance exams, mit was the best college after viewing everything and the growing placement of the college amoung all the other colleges i was getting. To get into mit you should give its entrance met and score above average to get into manipal campus.

I have applied to the same college in which I got admission , because the campus was a bit attractive as well as extra curricular activities was the main thing to join the college. The admission process was a very easy in our college.

I was looking for a college is which I will be able to have a good college life along with great teachers and academics. I was also very interested in sports. This college has outstanding sports facilities as well.

- the infrastructure of the campus is phenomenon, the campus is clean all of the times and has a lot of greenery
- the faculties in muj are really supportive and friendly with the students

- the course curriculum is not much related to the course for the first year students
- the strictness on the 75% attendance criteria

I choose manipal univeristy jaipur because i couldnt get into either of my dream colleges i.e bits goa and mit manipal. but as even muj is under the name of manipal its pretty well reputed, plus the average package is also better than most of the private engineering colleges, and there are really good companies that have visited muj before which means that there are good opportunities being provided in this college, i was also getting vit bhopal and vit ap but i didnt chose them because of the strictness. manipal provides you freedom

I wanted to join manipal only because of this course. It has good campus life and offering such a nice course. But i expected more. We are only 11 students in our class. And many of them are not serious about the course.

- It is very away from main jaipur city, like you have to travel 30 kms to go to city.
- Cab and auto drivers rates are sky touching, they charge huge amount to go to city

I was many colleges, some of the colleges from my list were JECRC jaipur, Karnavati University, Gandhinagar, and Nirma college Ahmedabad. I didn't get nirma college because I was not eligible to give IPMAT exam and it is mudt for their addmission Then I didn't opted for karnawati university because it was more expensive than mine and the duration of the course was longer than in Manipal University Jaipur, the same cource was of 4 years there and here it is of 3 years I think i have made best decision by choosing manipal university jaipur because I think I have grown very much after comming here, I got so many opportunities to follow my hobies like dramatics and all, I met so many people of my intrest and with whome I feel good. It is having one of the best infrastructure which is so beautiful, you can just seat in the campus and endure the beauty of it

There is no age limit for appearing in MET examination. However, there is percentage requirement and that is to secure at least 50% marks in the aggregate of Physics, Mathematics and any of the optional subjects (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Vocational Subject).
Yes, candidates can select their preferred exam centres. You can select your preferred exam centre at the time of filling out the application form of MET. The MET exam centres are located all over India such as Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat and Haryana.
The last date of submitting application form of MET was 26th March 2024 for phase 1. The phase 2 applications has been started and the last date for application submission for phase 2 will be announced soon. The tentative examination dates of MET can be 18th May or 19th May 2024.
You can get admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) on the basis of scores of the last qualifying examination and no entrance examination scores are required for the course. The registration process for the course has not yet started for this session.
Is hostel fees separate?
Manipal Academy of Higher Education offers a separate hostel facility for both boys and girls. The hostel fee is separate from the course fee of this institute. The total hostel fee for both boys and girls is Rs 90.50 k - Rs 1.82 l.
