What should I choose between Manipal computer science vs BITS Goa electronics and instrumentation (no interest in a particular branch)?

If you aren’t particularly interested in CSE, it will be better to choose BITS Goa Electronics and Instrumentation. You will get excellent placement opportunities and exposure from BITS Goa. During 2021 placements, the highest CTC received by the institute was INR 43.3 LPA. Google, Cisco, CRED, Flipkart, etc. are some of the major recruits that frequent BITS Goa placements. If you are planning on pursuing higher education abroad, you will get better exposure from BITS Goa. The BITS brand name is more recognized compared to Manipal.

Year wise fees is 4,87,500 Rs (Just for the tuition) For four years tuition fees for my branch (computer and communicatoin) is 19,50,000Rs. For people with scholarships like the ones for economically weaker section, under verified proof fees goes as low as 6-7 Lakhs for four years. For NRIs, fees goes up to 45K dollars for four years.

There is entry fee for all the events conducted by the clubs. I feel if its a college event then it should be for free. It is our own college event. The is penalty fee for almost everything and also it is high. Makeups and backlogs are also high

The course fees in manipal for my course computer science and engineering is 5 lacks per annum. It is constan fir All the four years. But before the course fee there are application feeses like entrance exam fee was 1500 approx for each attempt. There were two attempts in total . Then 10000 deposit should be done for councelling and taking admission based on your met rank. The scholorships are only for below 250 ranked people.

I am paying 5 lakh per year and this is a four-year course, I paid 10000 for confirmation of seat and the fees will be constant there are not many scholarships and I came here by writing the MET exam i qualified

the year fees im actually paying to manipal academy of higher education is 5 lakhs for both sem 1 and sem 2 together. the hostel fee for my room is 2,26,000 every year. my batchmates also have the same fee but the hostel fee varies as per AC rooms and Non AC rooms.

The Facts of Manipal University

the fees will be 375000 for the first yeast and 485000 for the following 3 years. the hostel would be 200000 per year including mess charges. scholarships are available . the fees for all the branches was the same when i got admission into manipal.

Fees for First year is 4.60 lacks according to my batch and rest three years it's 5.09 lacks, all these are tuition fees and there are some relaxation for students whose parents earn less than some 8 lack's per anum.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

coding subjects should allow students to implement on spot as that helps the student to remember the code more effectively.

the payment for branches like cse, it, cce, and other computer related branches is 5lpa from the second year. Other branches have yearly payments of upto 3.5lpa. The fee for all the first years is common, being 3.5lpa. Since the start of the 2024 batch the fee has gone upto about 5 lakh for first years, and then 7 going up till the 4th year. This only includes tuition fees, hostel fees varies according to what kind of room is taken. Single ac- 2.3 lakh in any hostel double ac- 1.5 lakh non ac common washroom- 98000 there are no reservations in MIT manipal, NRI quota has a total cost of 25 lakh for 4 years. if the student has a language quota, he/she may get an exemption of upto 10%, and if they perform better than 80% of the college, they get a scholarship for upto 20%. The fee structure for students below rank 100 is about 1.5lakh per year. students with annual income less than 8 lakh also follow the same structure.

My college review

The fee structure is spread across 4 years which is also the duration of my course. In the first year i paid 3,35,000 inr. Second year i paid net fee of 5,09,000. In the 3rd and 4th year i'll be paying the same fee of 5,09,000. So, the net fee amounts to 18,62,000 inr which is excluding my hostel fee. The fee increased compared to my first year by a substantial amount. Including my yearly hostel fee which is 1,84,116 inr, the net fee comes to total sum of 24,14,348 inr. The additonal caution fee paid is 10,000 inr. The fee of my batchmates is more or less the same except for the hostel fee which ultimately depends on the type of the hostel room they choose. There are scholarship programs available based on the entrance exam ranking.
