Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences is a premier institution of Manipal Academy of Higher Education. The college began by offering D.Pharm in 1963. MCOPS was the first college in Karnataka to offer M.Pharm in 1970. Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences is approved by AICTE and PCI. It is accredited by the NBA. MCOPS admission can be done online on the official website of the college. The college offers B.Pharm, PharmD, D.Pharm and M.Pharm programs. It also offers lateral entry programs in B.Pharm program. There was a test that had to be cleared, that is, MET- Manipal Entrance Test. The course is eligible once you had opted science stream and can enrol on the course. The application form can be found on the website of the Manipal academy of higher education. There was a reservation in the name of sages where the students in and around udupi who has studied puc in specific colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview:
MCOPS follows the standard curriculum. Total of three internal exams are conducted apart from the final examination at the end of each semister. The aggregate of internals and external id taken for the final grade calculation. The College has gained a good academic performance in the past, because of the efforts of the Students and constant guidance from the faculties. Faculties of MCOPS are very well experienced, well educated & talented ones. They lay foundations of the College, their constant efforts took th College to such heights.

It follows standard curriculum. It follows a yearly system. Three sessional exams are conducted in a year. At the end of the year one final exam or the university exam is conducted. The marks of all four exams are considered in calculating gpa.

MCOPS Manipal doesn’t offer online pharma courses to the students but rather in full-time on-campus mode.
No, you can not do Master in Pharmacology in distance mode as it is available in regular mode only.
The fee per year for the DPharma course is INR 67,000 at the Central Agricultural University.
Admission to MCOPS Manipal is done based on merit and the applications are closed as of now.
Good morning what is the fee structure for entire Pharm.D 5 years?
The first-year fee for MCOPS Manipal Pharm.D. is INR 5.18 lacs. The second, third, fourth and fifth-year fees are the same INR 5.08 lacs.
The total fee of MCOPS B.Pharma. is INR 13,42,000. The first-year fee is INR 3.43 lacs. The second, third and fourth-year fees are the same INR 3.33 lacs. The eligibility of the course is to complete 10+2 with PCB and English subjects.
You can get admission to Pharm.D on basis of the score of the MET entrance test conducted by MAHE. You can try next year as the admission process for the course was closed in the month of July 2022 for this academic session.
