DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement of DTU is great for tech branches(CS, IT etc) most of the top companies Amazon Google apple recruits from DTU. For non-tech branches placements are good because the pay avg package(6.5 lacs) is low than the tech branches(18lacs). But if you want you can grab the tech placement by studying for it.

DTU has a record of 100% placements. Students are offered campus placements after the 3rd year ends. Most of the top companies come to the college for campus selections, like google, TCS, Microsoft, Samsung, and all. The highest package in the year 2020-2021 was for 1,60,00,000 rupees/ manually. The average package is one of the best in the country around 15 to 20 lac/ year. I also want to get selected by the companies like google, amazon with a high package.

I chose computer science because I was simply interested in computers and how they functioned but also the fact that DTU provided excellent internship and placement opportunities in this branch which the other components are not eligible for; there are 500 students in computer science, the faculty is to student ratio would be around 1:70. The faculty quality is excellent as most of them are Ph.D. holders from well-known Indian as well as foreign universities and speak English as well as Hindi to support all kinds of students. The schedule of the mid-term is given at the very beginning of the semester, and the program of the end term is at the end of the central tern examination, and there is no irregularity in this.

DTU offers internships and placements at the beginning of the 4th year. All the major companies such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, Sprinklr, Amazon, and many more come to hire students for full-time employment. The highest domestic package is around 63 lacs offered by Apple and 1.2cr International by Amazon Dublin. Almost every student is placed by the end of the season. My plan after completing my degree is to work for a good company for 3-4 years and then do masters.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th Semester. All big tech companies like Amazon, Apple, Google, and Sprinklr visit our campus. for the 21-22 session 400+ companies visited our campus with 2000+ offers. 100% of students from the Computer Engineering branch got placed. Apple offered the highest package of 64lpa for the Software Engineering role. My plan after getting the degree are to get a job in a good company.

Campus placements are the highlight of this college. The students finishing their 4th semester are eligible for internship placements and the students finishing their 6th semester are eligible for full-time job placements. The internships offered are around 500, so not everyone will be placed, but in full-time placements, there are plenty of offers for everyone to take advantage of. The offers received by Computer Engineering students and related Information Technology and Software Engineering branches are the highest in pay and average about 50,000 stipends in internships and 18 LPA in full-time offers. The highest packages are usually international offers and reach 1-2 Cr.

A lot of companies visited the college offering good internships. many students got internships in Companies like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Goldman Sachs, Samsung, etc. Avg package was 21L for my branch.

DTU has an excellent placement record. The Computer Engineering branch has a 100% placement record. Top-tier companies like Microsoft, Apple, Google, CodeNation, Sprinklr, Amazon, Flipkart and many more visit our campus for placements offering mouth-watering packages. 385+ companies visit our campus with 2400+ offers and 2000+ students getting placed. Apple Inc. offers the highest domestic package of 64 LPA and Amazon has the highest international offer of 1.15 Cr. The Average CTC offered is 15lpa and 400+ offers are of more than 20lpa. My plan after the degree are to get a good placement in a well-reputated company.

Placement is very good almost everyone got placed more than 97 percent. Highest package this year is 1.8 crore by plantir, 20 student got more the 1 crore and more than 20 lack to 400 students. After getting I may do masters and then MBA as I am intrested in getting degree.

The main reason to get to DTU is only placement as DTU has an excellent placement record for tech branches like COE/CSE, SE, IT, and MCE. The placement season starts in the 7th semester. Approximately 410 companies visited dtu in the 2021-22 batch. The highest package was 1.8 Crore per annum and the lowest for the CSE branch is 4 LPA. The placement percentage for tech branches is 100% and overall for all branches is 95%.
