DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I'm interested in coding and I also like mathematics so I chose this branch. On average there 100-120 students are there in one classroom but in some courses which are opted for by many students, these numbers rise up to 250-300. Faculties are highly qualified and their teaching methodology is very excellent but some proofs lack these skills and mainly focus on bookish stuff. Exams are always held on time for mid-term, end-term, and some quizzes. The toughness of exam varies in different courses but in general the passing percentage is 30%

placement is good in our college you can eligible for percent in fourth year but you can get an intern in 3 rd year also and many students try their startup after taking the degree, highest package of our college is between one two 1.5 cr

From the 7th semester, the on-campus placement drive commences and a number of opportunities are there. you are most likely to grab placement on campus, however, in case you don't then there you are required to apply for off-campus opportunities and the Training and Placement cell of the college guides you throughout your placement. Companies like Google, Amazon, Sprinklr, Disney+ Hotstar, Intuit, Salesforce, Codeforces, and Microsoft visit the campus and the list goes on. Profiles offered are Software Developer, Network Engineer, Web Developer, Data Scientist, Big data analyst, etc. The average package is around 14-16 LPA and the highest packages cross the 1 Cr mark. Most of the students looking to get a job are able to get a placement and the percentage of students getting placed in tech is nearly around 90%. I am also planning to grab a placement as a software developer.

The placements are very good, and the placement stats are also very good. All the major companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft and each company has taken almost 10 students, for both Internship and Placement. More than 70% of students get placed every year.

At the end of the 5th semester, placement starts in the college. This year 192 companies visit our companies and many of them are big companies. The highest package offered is 1.84 crore. About 80% of students get placed. After taking the degree I plan to get a job.

DTU is famous due to its placement cells as it allows all students from all MNCs who came here with high, above average, and here average package is 9 lakhs in Biotech but these are not for core backgrounds for Software developers. Here are the placement stats- Highest international- 1.84cr/annum Highest domestic- 64lakhs/annum Students placed - 1833/1881(97.45%) Students placed with CTC more than 20lakhs are 410. For internships, companies take three sem CGPA.

The placement of the college is best beats lots of IIT, the highest package is 1.80 cr international and 64 LPA domestic this time. Approximately 98% of students got the placement, all over the college and almost all companies visit here.

Placement in my college is very good around 20 lakh per annum is the average salary of tech branches, almost 95% of students are placed every year they get a big companies like amazon, google, sprinkler, ola, uber, and Zomato.

DTU is mainly known for its outstanding and awesome Placements. Almost all big companies like Amazon, Facebook, Google, BCG, Morgan Stanley, Atlassian, Microsoft, PSUs, and all big firms visit the colleges for placements in Tech non-tech and core. Last year 97.45 percentage eligible students got placed with a high international package 1.8 CR and the highest domestic 66 LPA by Apple. The average Computer Engineering was about 22 LPA and the total average college was around 16 LPA.

The course is boring and the curriculum is out of date. They are teaching us useless subjects in which we don't need any expertise. Teachers are not at all supportive and very aggressive. They will take out personal anxiety on your exam sheets. We have to beg them for a 1-1 mark so that we at least pass. I got decent marks in my external exams but they gave me fewer marks in internals and so I failed.
